I had to get some back dated statements to help a family member get the care that he needs. That information only goes back a couple years with online banking. I went to a local branch and the tellers there were VERY helpful! I want to say Thank You again to Anna and Rosa. They went above and beyond with customer service!

I opened up a new buiness account at the spring branch on kuykendahl. The customer service and proffesionalism was top notch. I was helped by a female named destiny. From the start of her greeting until our formal goodbyes. Everything felt absolutely comfortaby. Answered all my questions before they were asked. As well as pointing out all the odvious perks involved with my accout. Very pleasant experience. Thanks guys.

I had an issue with an incoming payment and requested a stop payment. I dealt with Vanessa Collett who assisted me and went above and beyond! In this current environment it is difficult to find this customer focused herculean efforts. My wife and I walked into the streetsboro Walmart intending to try to cash out 401k check from Fidelity and couldn't so we tried and tried places and when we were heading in to the money center there we were kindly approached and made to feel welcomed by Samantha Dye and Jeremy I believe was his name . Everyone was very professional and friendly..Felt like we joined a small financial family . Looking forward to years of banking with Woodforest.Our first joint account as husband and wife

I have 2 accounts (personal and business) at the Hazle Township, Pa Woodforest National Bank. Highly satisfied! the staff takes time and is courtesy and respectful to all my banking needs. They have the best banking staff I have interacted with in quite some time. The entire staff and managers make it feel like a local bank of days gone by. They know you by name and truly care about your business needs and are always helpful and offer solutions and resources. Beyond 5-star rating for the Hazle Township, Pa Branch! My wife and I have banking with Woodforest Banking for quite some years, and we have always had a great relationship with the staff at our location in Cedar Park,TX of 183hwy and Walton Way. Today was no exception. Jocileen (hope I got her name right) and Penny went out of thier way to address a serious issue with fraud. All I went in there for was to replace my debit card with a new one. Both Jocileen and Penny patiently listened to my drama as I related to them my incident with unscrupulous individuals and organizations that are taking advantage of people through the internet. Jocileen and Penny not only replaced my card but also did what they could to remedy the situation. They put thier "sweat and tears" to address my predicament.
