Service From The Heart
As always, the Customer Service was Excellent. Wilkesboro location is one of the best. As I walked up, Justin acknowledged and greeted me with a smile. The transaction was smooth and efficient from the beginning to the end. Alaina was also very nice and polite, engaging in conversation as Justin was finishing up. No matter if I am banking or just walking by, someone always smiles and speaks.

fast friendly response.
I had a pending unauthorized charge on my account and I called to have it fixed and was addressed fast and with my concerns and to help make sure that that company could not take my money again. Woodforest is always looking out for their account holder in a true business fashion. Thank You.
