Nothing but praises

They are always kind ,help ful ,quick…
They are always kind ,help ful ,quick and fix problems so much better then last employees and far and above her job is Nickie she is awesome

I had lost my wallet on vacation
I had lost my wallet on vacation. Leslie from the Spring Hernandez was awesome. I have several accounts and she was able to stop the panic in me. Great customer service.

Best Bank experience and I changed…
Best Bank experience and I changed banks but I'm headed back. Best for overdraft protection and you can overdraft quite a bit as long as you have direct deposit.

Great customer service
The location in merrillville Indiana the ladies are very friendly and give great customer service.They also make sure of anything else you might need when it comes to banking.They also have great offers and benefits will recommend to family and friends.

GOOD BANK NO ISSUES WISH THE INTEREST WAS A LITTLE HIGHER ,ON SAVINGS .BUT WILL STAY WITH THEM THEY ALWAYS EMAIL ME WHEN A CHANGE IS IN MY ACCOUNTS
