New Bank Account
Today I opened a new Bank Account at the 4545 Lafayette Road , Indianapolis Indiana location, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was nice to be treated like Family. I'm really glad I made this decision today I plan on staying a customer for a long time.

I was Struggling with get into my account. I tried online and I called the toll free number, but I was directed to go inside a bank location. I was greeted at the Bammel location by a Young Lady, named Ms Tongie G., she helped me get everything back up and going. She had a Very Great Personality, She definitely looked and carried herself well in her Position as the Banker. I am so happy she helped me. She made getting off of a long day of work, and trying to handle some business so easy for me!!!!! Thank you so much Ms Tongie March 13, 2025

The employees make banking…Friendliest and most courtious
The employees make my banking experience pleasurable. They treat you like you are important to them, almost lie family, but very professional in trying to meet my needs. I have been bankingwith them for about 20 years and wdnt even consider changing banks. Those other banks can keep their promotional gimmicks. Lol.
