Do not buy from them! I emailed and canceled an order within the hour it was placed. They responded to let me know they would expedite the order to try and get it to me on time or I could still cancel if I wanted to. I responded within 5 min telling them to cancel the order. They responded hours later telling me the 12 hour window had passed and they can no longer cancel the order! The customer service is a joke! I’ve opened a claim with PayPal and hope to get a refund.

So far, horrible customer service. Impossible to reach. Phone number goes to China and is “busy”. Emails go unanswered. Instagram and Facebook messages not answered. No way to reach anybody!! I’m trying to cancel an order I placed within the 12 hour window but no one is available to connect with me! Feels very scammy!

The box the puzzle was in came completely smashed and taped back together, everything looks cheaply made, 3 items were broken and one piece is missing. I have zero faith the item is also as “safe and clean” as they claim it to be. If you leave a review on a specific item, the review is never posted, which alone should tell you everything you need to know about the company.

Such a bad experience with this company. I have emailed multiple times with no answer. The item I received looks nothing like the ones in the pictures advertised. It is cheap looking. The wood is thin, the animals are pixelated and I’m really disappointed with it. I am a single mum on maternity and don’t have a lot of money. This was supposed to be my son’s Christmas gift and special. Instead I have wasted almost all my money on something that I don’t even want to give him. And the company’s customer service fail to get back to me. Disgusting service and I feel robbed!

SCAMMM!!!! they took my money and never sent a tracking number, didn’t respond to instagram dm, phone number on website doesn’t work and even sent a email. Just call your bank to dispute. Won’t get any help from the fake company

I did not get the item I ordered. I ordered Name, 6 animal cutouts with pegs. I only received the name. NO animal cutouts

Product is complete garbage. The company is refusing to take the product back although parts of it arrived broken. They continue to give me excuses that they have examined the pictures and that thee product is intact although I clearly send them pictures showing that it is broken. Toy also gives off a chemical smell. It is clearly not a product certified in any way, product from China . This company is a total scam. It takes them days to respond to an email, and they are pretty much refusing to give me back my money.

I ordered a puzzle with the name willa in the middle and animals all around the name. The only part received was the name Willa. Now either refund the entire purchase or send the other part next day delivery.
