Completely unsafe for babies and young children. There wood filings all over the puzzle and the puzzle was chipped in places. Very dangerous for babies that put things in their mouth. In addition the package was damaged during delivery and they acknowledged that, but they only offered to send a replacement (not much use after Xmas) rather than refund even though their own return policy states: As a general rule, refunds cannot be made on your custom product unless one of the following situations occurs: 1. The product packaging is damaged 2. The product is damaged

To echo the below please avoid this company at all costs. Personalise puzzle ordered for my nephew one month before Christmas and received after Christmas (30th December). This is not acceptable when information on the website advertised Christmas delivery. In addition, on receipt the puzzle is very poor quality. Thin MDF with picture transfers stuck on them, and no pegs. Not suitable for little hands or safe for young children who may place pieces in their mouth. Customer services have ignored emails.

I strongly advise against purchasing this product due to safety concerns and inadequate customer support. The adhesive provided is not strong enough to hold the product securely on the wall. Ours fell off unexpectedly and landed in our baby’s crib. Thankfully, our baby was not in the crib at the time, but this could have resulted in a serious accident. The product came with no clear instructions on how to properly apply the adhesive, yet the company blamed us for improper installation. When we reached out for a refund, they refused and displayed unprofessional behavior. This product is sourced from China, and their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. For the safety of your family and peace of mind, I recommend avoiding this product. Companies that fail to prioritize safety and accountability should not be supported.

Still waiting on this three weeks later. Awful. It’s 5 days past Christmas and this is still not here. The tracking info shows a history of at least 30 places it’s been shipped and/or transferred to. Will never order from here again.

I got two backpacks from them for my girls. It’s been not even 3 months and the patches fell off and the straps are broken. My daughter’s bag is always lopsided. I emailed the company and they asked for pictures when I sent. They then said since it’s been three months, it’s normal wear and tear. Didn’t realize a backpack can’t even last half a school year. Such cheap quality !!’ Don’t buy

8-13 days is a joke, their communication is awful and after 24 days still waiting. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Comes from China and not able to give you delivery details.

I ordered a personalised jigsaw for my granddaughter costing over £45. The item arrived after three weeks and is not worth £2 - the puzzle itself is on thin, unvarnished MDF, the puzzle pieces are made of the same quality of wood and have picture transfers stuck on them (without any care in placement), the so-called pink/purple design is more beige and tan than pink, and the animal faces are marked and grimy. I emailed customer services to request a refund but have yet to hear anything back.

Very unhappy with Woodemon. I spent a good amount of money on a customized denim jacket for my great nephew. His name is David. When the jacket came the V in David looks like a Y but when I reached out to customer service, they stated they do not believe so, so stop communicating with me. I guess end of discussion with them. I was very respectful and respectfully disagreed as my entire family thought the V looked like a Y. I even sent them pictures of the jacket and their own company website with samples of jackets that had names with a V and a Y and the letter V or Y on the jacket I received looked like neither one. I’m not sure I even want to give my great nephew the jacket. Do not order from here as their opinion is the only one that matters. What’s the matter if your pants are down your pants are down.
