The gift was for Christmas I told them I would be moving January 2nd it didn't arrive until the middle of January they promised they would forward the package to my new place because it was their fault but instead they refunded $5 shipping fee which isn't enough to pay for anything! Terrible service don't buy it it's from China but you don't know that till after you order!!! I can't drive 6 hours to pick up a package

Don't expect to be able to use the puzzle purchased. I gifted my nephew only a few weeks ago and the surface is chipping off. Which is not safe but also speaks to the quality of the product. When I reached out to customer service for support and a replacement they replied with, "AS it is impossible to verify that your product has been used, please understand that we are unable to return or exchange it for you. Our orders are carefully checked at the time of packing and dispatch before they are dispatched". Is the intention to not be able to use the product??? How can you market this as kids/toddlers puzzle if the expectation is not to use it? This is very misleading and too expensive to sit on a shelf. I expected better quality and support. My daughter turns one soon and I had it on our list to get her one. However, I will not be purchasing from Woodemon again. I'll stick to Etsy that supports small businesses and people who care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Non existent customer service when wanting an update. Once personalised jigsaw arrived which cost over £60, it was of very poor quality and not actually sure it is safe to give to a 1 year old. I really would choose a reputable company if wanting a special personalised gift for a child

SCAM company do not use! I would recommend not using this company. The products are cheap and arrived damaged and as per their returns policy they can offer refunds on damaged items but not once have they offered me a refund and now they are ignoring me. It took ages for the product to arrive as it seems like it comes from china, so I was way past the date in which I needed the item, they suggested resending one but it was too late for me now and I had to buy an alternative present. It's not acceptable to behave in this way. THEY ARE NOT A BRITISH COMPANY - upon researching on companies house they are nowhere to be found, so please avoid if you can. It's not worth it I'm now down a present and my money that I paid for it.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. This company is a joke. I ordered a customized jacket for my grandson for Christmas and it is not wearable! I contacted them numerous times and it takes days to even get a response. Their refund policy states “full refund” this is not the case. They will only refund 30% at best on a product they messed up on. Do not order from this company please. If you value your money go elsewhere to spend it.

I have just paid over £40 to this company for a wooden puzzle for my grandson no tracking no received you can’t contact the company the advertisement needs taken down as I am trying to track for a refund all email addresses bounce back you can’t contact don’t use this company

This company is unreliable and unprofessional. I ordered a customized product hoping it would arrive before Christmas. On Christmas Eve, I realized they'd never send me a confirmation email or tracking info - so I sadly re-ordered - hoping it could be a new years gift. In early January I received the item twice, with two charges. Customer service said they could do nothing, because these are customized products. Will never shop here again.

The package was delivered safely and fairly promptly that is the only positive I can offer. After clicking on a link on the website to select the item required I also selected the same colours as displayed on the website. I have received the wrong puzzle and the colours were also not as displayed. I received no acknowledgment of the original order as the website indicated I would. Concerned by this I searched online and came by the trustpilot reviews. I was therefore prepared for major disappointment when the item arrived. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY AGAIN.
