If your purchasing from UK be aware the items you order are coming from either China or US. I ordered the denim jacket for my niece and paid for the extra gift packaging. Waste of money. It arrived yesterday and had been ripped open and then taped back up by Customs. The gift packaging ruined, crushed and I will have to purchase separate gift packaging. If I knew it was coming from outside of UK I wouldn’t have purchased it.

I ordered a name puzzle board. The packaging and the letters were nice. It seems to be the only one with different animals to add underneath the name. But it wasn’t until after I had purchased it that I realized the company name has the word demon in it. Even if I wasn’t a Christian, I still wouldn’t want to give or receive a gift from a company with the word demon in it. I emailed them about it and they said demon doesn’t necessarily mean an evil entity, but a guardian of children…..surrrre.

Stay clear! I have paid for the express shipping 7-10 days. It’s been 14 days and no order has been delivered. Awaiting to hear from the customer service. Very disappointing!

Do not order from this company if you want to receive your product in a timely manner!! Mine took over 7 weeks to arrive.

I was dissatisfied with a product, and you refused to allow a return and refund. Your company is not consumer- friendly, and I will no longer purchase anything from you. I will also discourage others from buying your products.

Custom denim jacket product did not match the pictures. Wrong stitching, thin/cheap synthetic-feeling denim, shinny buttons, etc. Customer service dismissed my concerns and request for a refund. Horrible quality and company.

I’m disappointed with this purchase of the giraffe growth chart. The product photo is misleading and doesn’t accurately represent the actual item. The picture shows the chart should measure 170cm but it's only 158cm. The product description stated it would come in 4 pieces, but I received 5 pieces. Additionally, the design I received was missing key details, like the dots around the giraffe’s hooves and ossicones. It’s frustrating to receive something that doesn’t match expectations. To make matters worse, customer service was useless. They acted like I was in the wrong and dismissed my concerns. They admitted they changed the design and simply forgot to update the picture, which is unacceptable. Misleading photos and inaccurate descriptions are not what I expect when making a purchase. I wouldn’t recommend this product or this company.

If there’s 0 star i would for sure choose it Worst customer service I've ever had im my whole life I don't think that there’s a company that respects itself and its customers will have this kind of customer service They have 90 days return policy I asked for a return, my order was in its original packaging didn’t even open it And they don’t mind going back and forth back and forth millions of emails with no solution just arguing It’s super draining to deal with a company like that It’s too much to deal with honestly Please stay away be careful!!
