Part of order arrived damaged (stain on item that can’t be removed) and was told that a replacement would be sent to me and expedited, but it’s been weeks and still no replacement and customer service agent stopped responding to me. I want a refund.

Extremely poor quality product and customer service. Had to chase for weeks to locate my puzzle. When I arrived I was seriously disappointed with the quality. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Delivery says 8-15 days- total rubbish. Have chased after 3 weeks as it was a school bag I ordered to be here in time for first day of school. Starting to seem like a scam to be honest!

Buy Elsewhere! BE AWARE MADE AND SHIPS FROM CHINA! Website is very deceiving. My puzzle is a gift for a baby and is shipping directly to the recipient. Even though each puzzle is customized, it shipped a day after I placed the order which raises some serious quality control concerns for me. Especially After reading reviews about paint chipping and splinters. I tried to cancel it but it is in transit so I will advise the recipient not to give it to their child. It’s too risky.

Order arrived 5 days late, even when paid for premium delivery. But that's not all, the cloud came empty without the name of my newborn. Wouldn't recommend it at all. 41£ to the bin.

This company are definitely using other people’s pictures. Daughters bag arrived totally different colours than the pictures and the badges were different too. The bag arrived much more yellow and cheap looking. The letters aren’t even aligned straight! Absolutely gutted as they aren’t cheap but hopefully this can save someone else wasting their money.

Hice mi orden el 3 de junio y estoy a 10 de julio y no la recibo ni siquiera está en EEUU. Pague el envío exprés que dice hasta 10 días y nada. Pague alrededor de 120 dólares por esas luces ya mi hijo va a nacer y no llegan las luces

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! it's a scam. absurdly priced puzzle at $37. made in China. no idea if parts are toxic. would not refund although I had not opened and kept shipping papers. website says it offers refunds.
