Order form is just a little confusing re the « elements ». Maybe put the question choose your elements? I hope i have not ordered extra by making a choice

It was fairly easy. I do have a question? How do I edit my order? I forgot to include pegs, because the picture shows them with them . How do I cancel and redo order?

I loved the look of the girls denim jackets and ordered 2 for my Grand daughters. I hope they are as good when they arrive to Australia.

I love the creativity and the ease in choosing the puzzle. I was sending as a gift and realized after I ordered there was no place for a gift card saying who the gift was from. Now I’m not sure what to do.

Easy to order and very happy shipping was much shorter than anticipated. Finished product was so colorful and my 1 yr old granddaughter gravitated to it immediately. Though I did not purchase the life time replacement for puzzle pieces, one was lost my the second day. After contacting Woodemon, they are providing an entire set of puzzle pieces. Impressive!

The products are great. I just wish it were a little less expensive. Id buy more!

I was super skeptic after I had already purchased 2 items and then saw these reviews. But I did receive both items, a puzzle and a letter bank for putting coins in - very well made and so adorable! They are gifts for a friend. I ordered just in time before I have to give the gifts and it took about 3 weeks or so. My only complaint is that I never received an email for either items (both came at separate times) that it was shipped or ever providing any update - they sort of just arrived at my doorstep. Maybe because they are a small company they haven't figured that out yet but I hope they can figure out a system to update you and let you know it has shipped. It will take time for delivery but they should come, so they are not scamming anyone, at least not my experience.

I was a little nervous when I ordered and didn’t hear anything, although was please to see my puzzle arrived within the month of ordering (just in time for Christmas!) Don’t be alarmed if you don’t hear for Woodemon, your parcel will eventually arrive :)
