Wasn't aware l was paying USD for my order. Order went from what was Australian (l assumed) $ to an extra $20 extra for USD. $60 + for a wooden puzzle for a 1 YO??? I'm trying to cancel my order, but no response as yet. Buyer beware in this instance.

Horrible company. Very cheap product. I paid around £60 for a customised backpack - very expensive! I thought it would last a few years but the clasp broke in 3 weeks. Then the zipper broke a month later. They said they would send me a replacement for £20, but I’ve been chasing them for weeks and still nothing. Steer clear!

This is the second time I ordered this item. This time I am having it send to my own address. Last order had the wrong name on the puzzle, it should have been Liam. Instead you put my name on the puzzle.

This is hands down the worst service I have ever received when making an online purchase. I made initial order for a birthday present on the 7th of September with the expectation of delivery within 12 days. After more than 20 had passed, I emailed the customer service received a very casual response that one of the team had “forgotten” to ship my item and this will be dispatched with the highest priority. Another 14 days passed, at which point I was forced to email again and was again told to my absolute horror that the same thing had happened, my order had simply been forgotten. I have never heard that excuse from a company let alone twice with the same order. They did offer a very small refund of $15 for my inconvenience but frankly after such poor service that wasn’t very much. I was then assured that there will be another attempt to fulfil the order and it will be 12 days from then. This was on the 8th of October, we are now on the 5th and I have again not had the order received by the recipient nor even a simple email to update the status. At no stage has there been a tracking number provided nor a name in the signature in any of the email responses. They simply didn’t respond to my last email asking for clarity on where my order is. As of today I am still waiting and am now not expecting to receive the item at all. As I said this is the WORST that I have ever been treated as a customer…

I ordered two personalised name boards on 15th October - it’s now Nov. 2nd and they have not arrived . When I raised the issue with customer services they advised me to be patient !!!!! Appauling service .

This company is a scam. I placed an order and received a confirmation number and a tracking number. The tracking number is fake and they claim I do not have an order yet they charged my credit card. Also, the price of the item fluctuates everytime you go on the site. They have the same item anywhere from $30-$117 all in the same day. I never recieved the item

Cheap Chinese product, poor quality, even worst customer service!

I’m extremely disappointed with Woodermoon. Their products are of very poor quality and nothing like the pictures or descriptions on their website. Many of my customers have complained that they never received their orders even after paying in advance, and those who did receive them said the items were terrible. As an affiliate partner, I was also scammed out of my commissions. They claimed to have sent the payment, but after carefully checking my account, there was no commission at all. I’ve sent several emails and never received a single reply. It’s clear that this is a scam company cheating both customers and affiliates. Those 5-star reviews are ridiculous and completely fake.
