Well, in my late 70's and am not tech savvy, so, had my daughter do the entire order. I watched everything and was impressed all that came up to choose from. I got items for granddaughter's birthday, what an absolute delight, I cannot wait for order to come

I ordered a custom puzzle for my soon-to-be here nephew and the delivery drive misplaced the item or delivered it to a non-existing address/location. The company was willing to replace the item and just charge me the shipping which is really awesome because they didn't have to do that. The communication was quick and efficient. I would absolutely order future custom gifts from them again.

Personable toys Love that you can get any name and choose the little pieces to use, and the colour scheme. Excited to see the actual result.

Great customer service and product quality, I will consider it next time!

Order error... But good customer service. The puzzle I got didn't have the little animals, but I had picked the one with 8 different critters. However, after contacting customer service, they were quick to resolve, and even got duly compensated for the mix-up. Please double-check the orders next time!

Awesome customer service! I forgot to add pegs, and when I emailed them for help, they sent them in for free!

Got it in 11 days. The puzzle is well made, beautifully packaged.

This is the second wrap I've had done by the shop. They do great work, and the customer service and communication are very easy!
