I ordered from Woodemon and am battling to get hold of their customer service. The courier company they have used is not delivering my package. It keeps saying wrong address. All I am trying to do is get hold of Woodemon so I can try get a contact number to sort it out myself, however emails have been sent and there has been NO answer.

Poor quality and way over priced. My fault for not scrutinizing my invoice - each animal selection is extra; Paid over $45 for a 4-letter name wood puzzle with 4 animal faces! Never again!!!!

These puzzles are incredibly cheap, super thin and not durable. The letter pieces are also really thin, and even I had trouble getting them out of their respective slot. If I struggled, as an adult, how is my baby supposed to wrangle the pieces out? Also, the letters are also super thin making some of them a choking hazard. I wouldn't even give this to my son so the puzzle is worthless and waste of money.

I ordered personalized lamps for the wall, resigned myself to looking at Zeo instead of Leo, hung it on the wall above the baby’s crib, fell several times (lucky that the baby was not in the crib), asked several times for a return, they lose the request and say hang it again using more tape, probably so that this time it would fall on the baby... I used two tapes, hung them on the side of the crib, fell again three times, then used three tapes - it worked, but now there are not enough tapes, so I ask to them: can I have more tapes, they do not provide. So can’t use it with original set, I have to looking for something like double tape by myself, I’m not recommend this company, it’s absolutely not safe for baby. It fell again and again.

I would be happy with the product if they spelt it correctly - given the colour isn’t a true dusty pink either. After continuous correspondence between the company and I and the fact they’re not even willing to admit their mistake in regards to the spelling of my child’s name speaks volumes. I won’t be ordering from this company again and I don’t believe you should either. I have screenshots and pictures but idk how to upload them.
