I ordered the customised Baby room decor wall light set on July 9th, got it only in August 29th! First of all - the product arrives from China (I don't believe they say it on their website anywhere, I looked). Secondly - after not getting it on time I was constantly checking the tracking of where the item is. On August 11th I see a message on the tracking site that the parcel was returned to the sender (it never reached me, nor my Post office in the area), I quickly sent an email to Customer Service to find out the reason, I stressed the message that at no point was there any message or email about the status of the package being returned to the sender, as well as it never actually delivered here, or to the post office, they asked me to confirm my address, which was correct, and their reply was: "We have arranged a re-shipment. If your package has the same problem again this time, we will no longer re-ship it for free. Thank you for your understanding." Excuse me... what? you will no longer re-ship it for free? It never arrived here, which is definitely not my fault. If I hadn't got it on the second time I would take my money back (Lesson to be learnt - use Paypal, that way you can open a dispute about bad service and no delivery). I eventually got the package on August 29th but the product is super low-quality: 1 - The size of the wood plates are not even close to how big they look on the ads and images on the website, same for the light they produce - it's very weak (with new batteries). 2 - The star stickers in the package arrived all wrinkled and torn. 3 - The colors printed on the wood plates still have printer-lines on them, like they used the very last ink of the printer on it. 4 - Each lamp (5 in total) requires 3 AAA batteries (15 overall), which after 3 weeks use are already super weak to the point you don't see the light anymore. Overall - Low quality, bad customer service and also lack of transparency that the product is manufactured and delivered from China, I would have reconsidered buying it if I knew before because I expect good quality for my money.

I purchased a denim jacket for my 5-year-old niece. When it arrived, I immediately noticed a powerful smell of bleach. I hand-washed it per the directions and the water turned white. After it dried, it still smelled and the material was extremely scratchy. I then washed it on the gentle cycle of my washing machine. The smell remained and the patches began coming off. It's now at the dry-cleaner/tailor where they'll have to sew the patches on, (they're glued) and clean the jacket. Please consider this information before putting chemicals like these on your child.

Ordered a denim jacket as a gift. Tracking shows it has delivered in America, I am based in the UK!! They are now not answering my emails. SCAMMERS

Never received a confirmation email. Money was taken from my account and I have gotten no response to my emails and social media direct messages. Scammers, do not order!

I ordered a denim jacket for my granddaughter. I received an order confirmation, but no notice of when (or if) it was shipped! I sent them five emails and no response! If I had known they were a Chinese company I would never have ordered anything. COMPLETE SCAM

One star about that delivery was coming! Otherwise Horrible customer service!!!and awful quality of products,also it’s totally different what you see on the pictures of the products and things what they are selling on them web site compared with a real items what is coming after you have paid and ordered!!!😡🤢🤮 Also I was writing my complane to customer serviss and get many sorry in 2emails about they will send Me new not damaget items instead of what was coming..after that they was done something with settings and I get back all emails what I was sending to them!!! Any comments is not possible to read on them website also what people are writing and any rewiew is possible on them site! Plus You need to pay about taxes When You will get Your order!!!

NEGATIVE 100 Stars! Do not buy! It's a scam! Ordered something and read the reviews. So decided to cancel 5 min later. Then received emails asking to not cancel, I repeated cancel and they would not cancel. Just kept asking to please not cancel! SCARY

The advertising on Social Media for the name puzzles look so inviting that after having purchased name puzzles from an Australian company for years I thought I would get something different. What I perceived to have purchased as a gift from a sample on the invoice was very different to the uninspiring end result. I was embarrassed in giving my gift which was a very small and flimsy name puzzle with no decoration. Apparently I did not understand the ordering process. I thought I ordered as per the picture on my invoice. Their timeliness in delivery and answering my complaint was quick but I would not recommend the product.
