Thank you for sharing your experience - and we’re truly sorry for how stressful and disappointing this delivery was, especially since it was meant to be a Christmas gift. We understand how frustrating it is to wait for something important while seeing limited progress in tracking. Your shipment was sent as planned, but all three boxes were held for customs review during the peak holiday period. Two were released earlier, while the third one unfortunately took longer than expected. All required documents were submitted immediately, yet the review process itself took additional time. We’re genuinely sorry that this situation caused so much worry and inconvenience. This is not the experience we want for our customers. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re already working on improving logistics and communication to help prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by the Black Friday Facebook promotion. We made a mistake in the wording of that ad - an incorrect description was copied, which could understandably create the wrong impression. As soon as we noticed this, we immediately removed the ad, checked all our other campaigns to ensure everything was correct. Unfortunately, mistakes can happen, as real people are behind our communications, but we are always ready to acknowledge them and correct them as quickly as possible. So, we addressed this immediately and offered an additional discount as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a larger discount on the Swedish Wall, as it is a high-quality product made from premium materials, and its price has remained stable for a long time. On our website, all current promotions are clearly stated -discounts range from 5% to 20% depending on the item, and our Black Friday offer is reflected in the discounted site prices rather than extra coupon codes. We always strive to treat our customers kindly and fairly, and we are committed to resolving any issues openly. While we aimed to resolve the situation, we were concerned about the tone of communication suggesting "either a discount or a negative review", which is not in line with our values. We sincerely regret that our proposed solution did not meet your expectations and always aim for constructive and respectful communication with all our customers.
