This company was quick to let me know that the item i ordered was out of stock and I could cancel my order and they would start processing a refund for me. However that was 6 months ago and since then, as of today, there has been no refund or any communication back from them with regards to the many emails I've sent them. Do not order from this company.

Ordered a gift on 12/6/25. Never delivered until 1/12/26. I have had to send a picture of the item, 3 emails and a now told they will only refund the amount paid less a 15% remorse fee. Most of the website talks about a full refund within 30 days . The website indicated delivery in about 3 weeks not 6 plus weeks. It seems like a total scam.

Order #01- 4409 I ordered a gift for my granddaughter and they totally whiffed on getting it. When I brought that to their attention they said they would expedite shipping. Then they said sorry the product was no longer available. Still waiting for a refund. Sorry I ever decided to do business with this company. Pleae tell me when I can expect a refund.

Hi Debra, We are incredibly sorry for the frustrating experience you’ve had while trying to shop for your granddaughter. We know how important birthday and holiday gifts are, and it is clear that we failed to meet the standards you—and we—expect. To offer an expedited shipping solution only to find the item was no longer available is a major oversight on our part. This is not the level of service we strive for, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment this caused you and your family. Regarding your refund: This should have been processed immediately upon the cancellation of your order. We want to make this right right away. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number. We will prioritize your case to ensure that your refund is issued immediately and to see if there is anything else we can do to help make up for this experience. Thank you for your honest feedback. We are using this as a serious learning opportunity to improve our inventory management and communication. Sincerely, The WonderKidz Gifts Team

I had ordered a gift for my husband and it came broken. When I messaged the team they said “ As per our warehouse team, it appears that the item was damaged due to the cold and dry weather during the winter. We understand how frustrating this must be and sincerely regret the issue. To help resolve this, we recommend to kindly use glue to repair the damage.” Did not offer any other resolution. Horrible customer service from CSR Agnes

Hi Yesenia, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience — receiving a damaged gift and then not being offered a proper resolution is not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize for how your concern was handled at the time. Even though your order was placed around 12 months ago, we want you to know that our customer service team has improved drastically since then, and we would be more than happy to assist you properly now. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number so we can review this and arrange an appropriate solution, whether that’s a replacement or a refund. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the chance to make things right for you. Kind regards, Kaitlyn Customer Support — Wonderkidz Gifts

Bought some fun stuff for a holiday gift exchange. LED Back to the future boots, glow shoes, a voice-control cosplay mask. They look awesome, especially in dim light. My only complaint was battery life on the boots - shorter than I excepted. But the fun factor is super high. Shipping took about a day longer than excepted, but honestly, customer service was amazing about it. They emailed me before I even had to ask, explaining the delay and providing updates every step of the way. The box arrived in perfect shape and right on time for the party. Can't ask more than that.

Hi there! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review! We absolutely LOVE hearing about your 'fun stuff' haul—those LED Back to the Future boots and the glow shoes sound like they were the stars of the gift exchange! That's exactly what we aim for: maximum fun factor. We genuinely appreciate you calling out our customer service team. We know holiday shipping can be tricky, and we believe in proactive communication, so we're thrilled that the team kept you well-informed and that the items arrived just in time for the party. We also appreciate the honest feedback regarding the battery life on the boots. We are always looking to improve our product quality and longevity, and this is valuable information we can pass directly to our product development team. Thank you again for choosing us for your holiday gifting! We hope to see you back for more awesome gear soon. Best, The Wonderkidz Gifts Team

Absolute scam site, I ordered the purple Cat Mineral Crystal Coffee mug for my fiancée, it did NOT look anything like the picture they have on their website. It is all resin like the blue one they have on their site, there is no mineral in it at all. Straight up criminal behavior.

Hi Royce, We’re truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order — that’s certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. The Purple Cat Mineral Crystal Mug should match the photos and description on our website, so we take your feedback seriously. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number so we can review this and arrange a replacement or refund if the item you received doesn’t match what was advertised. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will investigate this issue with our supplier to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Kind regards, Kaitlyn Customer Support — Wonderkidzgifts

Grabbed a set of costumes + a magnetic 3D steel puzzle for my nephew’s birthday. The puzzle pieces lock together well, and the costume looks cool. However, shipping took longer than the website promised — instead of expected timeframe it was alot longer! When I reached out, they were friendly and apologized, said delays happen. Eventually it showed up and in good shape. Just wish shipping estimates were more accurate. Still a solid experience though.
Response from WonderKidz GiftsNov 11, 2025
Hello! Thank you so much for celebrating your nephew’s birthday with us and for leaving such a thoughtful review. We are thrilled to hear that the costumes and the magnetic 3D steel puzzle were a hit! It’s wonderful that you found the puzzle pieces locked well and that the costume looked cool—we aim for quality and fun in all our products. We also sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with the shipping timeline. You are absolutely right, and we sincerely apologize that the delivery took significantly longer than the timeframe promised on our website. While we're glad our team was friendly and that the order eventually arrived in good shape, we understand that inaccurate estimates can be frustrating, especially when planning for an event like a birthday. Please know that we are actively reviewing our logistics and working with our carriers to ensure our estimated delivery times are much more accurate and reliable going forward. Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve this key part of the customer experience. Thank you again for your patience and for still calling it a solid experience! We hope your nephew enjoys the items! Best regards, The Wonderkidz Gifts Team

Mixed feeling on this one. I ordered several items (a backpack, plush toy and a night light) as Christmas gifts. The backpack is nice, plush is soft but the night light has a dim LED - not nearly as bright as photos suggested. Also, after placing the order I tried to update the shipping address because I goofed, but support was slow to respond. By the time they replied, the order had already shipped. Gifts arrived Ok, but the address issue caused stress. I like what they offer and some items are high quality, but a few missteps took away from the experience.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We appreciate you taking the time to write this review, and we sincerely apologize that several missteps took away from your overall experience. We're glad to hear that the backpack is nice and the plush toy is soft—it's great news that those items met your expectations! However, we are genuinely sorry to hear that the night light was not nearly as bright as the photos suggested, leading to a disappointment with that particular Christmas gift. We take product accuracy very seriously, and we will immediately review the product description and photography for that night light to ensure it accurately represents the item's brightness. Furthermore, we want to apologize for the stress and frustration you faced with the shipping address change. Support response time should be quick enough to handle issues before shipping occurs, and it is unacceptable that we were too slow to assist you with your necessary change. We are reviewing our internal processes and team structure to ensure address update requests are prioritized and handled much faster, especially during busy periods like the holidays. We value your business and are committed to offering high-quality items and a smooth shopping experience. We regret that we didn't fully deliver on that commitment this time. If you would like to discuss the night light further or if we can help resolve any part of this order, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Sincerely, The Wonderkidz Gifts Team
