I ordered this watch and I really like it. However, it took me 3 weeks to get. I am extremely enjoying the laser treatment and it is helping with my blood sugar numbers particularly my morning numbers. I do the laser treatment about 4 times a day. The only thing is the watch blood sugar numbers are off.. I wear the freestyle libre 3 and the watch is about 20 points higher usually but it will take time. I've got to calibrate it. I like that it checks blood pressure and I feel those numbers are accurate.

The accuracy of the watch's ability to measure blood glucose readings is constantly far off from a finger stick test. Calibrating the results on the app doesn't help either. You can't rely on the readings of the Suga Pro for glucose numbers and proper diabetic management. Don't buy this device if you think it will be able to replace a CGM.

This review is for the Suga Pro, to start I was very very skeptical that this Suga Pro would actually work as stated Upon receiving my new Suga Pro to me it looked just like the others that are advertised on Facebook, but I will tell you it is not the same as the cheaper versions, after charging to full capacity I then proceeded to install the App on my phone, and set up my account on the app, i have a Galaxy S22 Ultra, the app was easy to navigate, once the Suga Pro was connected to the app it was a very simple to use, the one thing I will recommend is do not turn the Bluetooth on in your phone until the app request permission to do so shut your Bluetooth in your phone off before installing the app, I made the mistake of trying to pair my phone and the Suga Pro before hand and it did not work properly, i uninstalled the app and started over, once I did it the correct way everything worked. now to the great stuff, i check my glucose daily several times per day with a conventional meter and pricking my finger, so I have been comparing the readings between the Suga Pro and my conventional meter the number the Suga Pro gives are very close to my conventional meter with in one or two points usually the Suga Pro gives me a one point higher reading then my conventional meter, I have compared all the meters in the Suga Pro with my conventional meters like BP (blood Pressure), heart rate,oxygen Levels, and various other meters all have been dead on with the Suga Pro when comparing to my conventional meters the one thing I am unsure of is the treatment that the Suga Pro offers as I have only been using the Suga Pro for a short time, less than a week, My judgement is still out on the Treatment until after I visit my Doctor for my next appointment, the one thing I will say about the treatment portion of the Suga Pro is when I use the treatment settings I do feel a slight tingling in my left hand, which is the wrist I wear the Suga Pro on, it does this every time I use the treatment, so in my mind it is doing something or my hand would not tingle at all, as to whether it is actually doing as stated by Wolf Notch my jury is still out for the time being again I will know more when I see my Doctor, and will update accordingly. The one thing I do wish Wolf Notch would do is put out a better instruction booklet and include with the Suga Pro as the instructions that come with the Suga Pro are a little vague on everything. Now for Wolf Notch, again I was very skeptical about the Suga Pro thinking Wolf Notch was just another SCAM company from China, I had several questions before I ordered and sent Wolf Notch a PM with the questions I had, Wolf Notch reps answered each and every PM I sent in very quickly they were very helpful and responded in a timely fashion, Wolf notch is not a scam and actually want to help I highly recommend purchasing the Suga Pro if you are dealing with high Glucose like I am because it actually works, well at least the meters work like I said I am holding my review on the treatment portion until I can do further testing with the treatment For information only there are several companies on Facebook using a Wolf Notch Video to advertise a different watch in fact saying you can receive two for $59.00 these are fake adds I actually fell into the trap thinking I was purchasing the Suga Pro, these look similar but are totally different smart watches, go to the actual Wolf Notch site and save yourself the disappointment of getting a fake like I did. This is for anyone in the U.S that is thinking about purchasing the Suga Pro, one of my Questions was where is the Suga Pro shipped from the answer is TEXAS U.S, I received my Suga Pro with in 4 days after processing my order delivered by USPS, no the Suga Pro is not made in the U.S, but what product is anymore, I will be ordering a second Suga Pro for my wife in the very near future.

where do i begin, after charging, spent a couple of hours trying to register and sign up without success, finally went to google and found the App, from China, I thought from the ads it was a American made watch, but it's not, first night battery died during the night, then no data on watch or app ,once it was recharged, so far none of the measurements have been correct, blood pressure, and heart rate not even close, no ekg or other features it claimed to have, so far after a day it has been a waste of money

Great customer service. I had an issue with the pedometer on my first watch. After some brief tech service, they immediately replaced my watch. I have no issues with any part of my replacement watch. I love all the features, especially the attached earbuds. No longer do I have to search for, or carry my earbuds separately.

The watch is great and the earbuds sound amazing. It came with a screen protector on it and another one in the box. The ear buds also come with additional rubber pieces in the box. I do wish it came with some instructions or something telling you the features of the watch because I'm still trying to figure things out. I would recommend anyone looking for a smart watch to get this one.

I lost one of the ear buds by mistake. Their customer service is top notch and answered promptly. Great product so far!
