I have connected my phone to the Suga Pro and some things work as far as setting the Units and calibrating the Glucose, But the watch is not updating health readings. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled several times. the problem continues. I also put the app on another phone, and it does the same thing. The app needs alot of work.

The watch is fine. My blood glucose reading is usually about 5 points higher than I see with a finger stick. The other health readings seem similar. My biggest complaints are with non-existent customer service, the big lie about it being made in America, and the app you use with it being an absolute P.O.S. I also have to recharge everyday. I used to see the weather on the watch, but it never shows anymore. I've tried going through the app, but it shows closed switches as highlighted, as if they are on! You flip the switch and go back to the main screen, and it's back like it was. Please! Get us a new app that actually allows us to link up and get the full service from the watch!

I like the watch, still working on the Glucose readings but they seem to be getting closer when I calibrate. I’m having trouble with trouble with the numbers for sleep. It’s been showing 8-12 hours but I’m only getting 2-4. Is there any calibration for that? I have sleep apnea so it’s important to me. Thanks, Gary

This was no kind of reply or answer. The glucse reading is off....I think the vital signs, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen seem pretty accurate but the blood sugar readings WAY off like by 40 pts is there a way to calibrate it and also convert measurements so that mmoles/l are converted to milligrams / deceliter?
