WnnpropertiesReviews of wnnproperties.com

We are beyond grateful for the WNN community that is quickly becoming family. Without our advisor Shauna and the mentors on weekly zooms we wouldn’t have been able to get to the finish line on our very first investment property. This community spoke life into us and gave us the confidence and knowledge needed to take action and trust in our teams. We are beyond excited to continue growing and expanding our portfolio with the continued leadership of WNN

The idea of investing in real estate had been in my head, but that idea would get doused by all the unknowns. WNN offers a wealth of knowledge and experience, a solid network in place, and good humans to offer proper motivation. WNN isn't a cookie cutter 'course' -- they take each investor's unique situation, set individual goals and show what's really possible. I've learned a lot about myself through the process, and would have been stuck in a loop without Shauna's tutelage and encouragement. Thanks to Shauna and the entire WNN community, highly recommend.

WNN really goes far and beyond real estate mentorship. I'm just an engineer who knew literally nothing about real estate 2 months ago to now owning my first rental property! I'm excited to continue to grow and I'm sure I have WNN to advise me properly. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience with WNN and was able to acquire my first investment property with confidence under their mentorship. I am especially grateful for my mentor, Brandon Rabe, who guided me through every step of the process. He held me accountable and gave me expert advice to help me reach my goals. WNN truly is a group of members who look out for each other and want to see each other succeed. I highly recommend!

I like how WNN is very supportive In helping thru the whole process and not just here is the Info now go do it. Yes you have to put in that work but they are right there to support and help you thru it all and willing to answer whatever questions.

WNN is a close-knit community dedicated to fostering success for all its members. From advisors to members and their extended networks, everyone is committed to providing support at every stage of your journey. However, your success ultimately depends on your commitment and participation. To help you stay accountable, WNN offers weekly one-on-one meetings tailored to your goals. Additionally, members have access to a wealth of resources, including educational videos, recorded sessions of missed meetings, and live meetings throughout the week. Those who engage consistently and take action are the ones who achieve their goals. I’ve learned so much! Thank you, WNN!

Been researching REI since 3/2024 and attended some free seminars online. It wasn’t till an event call priced paradise that I was able to find the “who” to help me understand the “how” of investing works. Thats where I signed up thanks with the help of my daughters close friend who has been in this community for a couple years. The community has been an excellent source of support which has knowledgeable and proven resources of information and advisors who hold you accountable weekly. Others members keep you positive in the mindset of a fellow investor. I say to those thinking of investing….”Why not Now?”

If you are serious about learning the business of real estate investing. WNN is a community and mentorship program that gives you all the support, training and confidence to start your real estate journey. This is not a get rich quick program or scam. It teaches you the buy and hold strategy to achieve financial freedom. I was really serious about scaling my portfolio and have purchased six properties in my first three months. I could never have done it without WNN . Highly recommend if you’re serious about this.
