They might be a good place to invest but I will never know.
I was excited to be on a call with them.
the rep absolutely wasted 20 minutes of my time then I hung up disappointed.
I got 2 minutes of info in 20 minutes.
What do you do for a living?
How much is a house in your city?
Why do you want to invest today instead of in 1 yr from now.
Thats 3 out of the 7 absolutely brain dead waste of time questions.
I want to know what you can do for me.
not curiousity questions about where i live. what i do etc.

Thank you for the feedback.
The questions we ask are designed to help us understand a person's situation so we can provide specific recommendations, not a generic advise you hear on youtube. We believe the best advice comes from understanding someone's goals before offering tailored solutions.
We wish you the best in your investing journey.

Unprofessional communication with scammy feeling
I’ve had the weirdest experience with this company. I signed up for a 45-minute conversation about training or some kind of other service they were offering, based on some videos they had. I received six or seven different reminders about the meeting by SMS and emails which already felt a bit pushy, and was also reminded to watch a (45 minutes long!!!!) introdution video, which was pretty pointless.
Then, 5 minutes after the begining of the zoom (where no one was admitting me), I got a phone call from someone else with a very strong accent. I have no problem with that - I also have an accent - but it was really hard for me to understand what he was saying... He told me that the other person was on another call and that he could explain things to me. The meeting was supposed to be on Zoom, and suddenly it was a phone call, which already changed the energy completely, but ok...
He basically had nothing to say. He didn’t know anything about the information I had provided before, so claims about “preparing for a personalized call” were, of course, nonsense. The caller clearly had no idea what he was talking about. At some point, I asked him very clearly, “I guess you are providing some kind of training or are you offering a service?” He said they were providing mentorship. I asked if he could tell me a bit more about that, and then he asked me again what I was looking for... I asked him if he could just send me an email with the information about their programs so I could consider it, and his response was, “What kind of information do you want to have?”
I don't know dude, you called me... It was a very weird conversation - very unprofessional. It felt like this guy was either an inexperienced scammer or someone sent at the last minute to cover for someone else. Considering that I already have three rental properties and was actually considering signing up for one of the programs they offer, the whole thing was just a waste.
I don’t know how real any of the other reviews here are, but this was my personal experience. The person who spoke with me was very strange.
Anyway - it was weird and not trustworthy. I would not trust these people - no matter how cool their social media videos are.

hi Raul
I'm Jasmine the co-owner of wnn properties. I'm sorry your call didn’t meet expectations and that’s not the standard we hold our team to. From what you described, it sounds like your appointment was reassigned at the last minute, and the hand-off clearly wasn’t smooth. We’ve already reviewed this internally to make sure our team members have full context before they speak with anyone.
I’d still like to make this right, if you’re open to it, email me directly at [email protected]
so we can set up a quick follow-up with my senior advisor so we can get you the consultation you were looking for.

I had a very disDisappointed with Customer Service at WNN Propertiesappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience working with WNN Properties, particularly with their marketing representative, Saul. From the start, he was unprofessional, impatient, and dismissive, making the process unnecessarily frustrating. Instead of providing clear and helpful explanations, he repeatedly used negative language, making me feel like I was being talked down to. Phrases like “I have to repeat myself” were used instead of addressing my questions professionally.
Beyond his words, his attitude and body language were dismissive and unwelcoming, lacking the basic courtesy and respect expected in a client-facing role. His lack of patience in explaining the process made it clear that customer service is not a priority.
I had hoped for a smooth and professional experience but was instead met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. If WNN Properties values their reputation, they should seriously reconsider how they train and select their representatives. I cannot recommend working with them unless they improve their approach to customer service.

We’re sorry you didn’t have a positive experience during the screening process. Our external advisors evaluate potential clients to see if they are a good fit before enrollment, and they are the first experience with WNN Properties. That is a very important role that we do not take lightly. We’ll be reviewing this internally. thank you for bringing it to our attention.
