WNN Properties has a great support team and excellent contacts on the ground when you need assistance. Success does require your own time, effort, and involvement, but having a knowledgeable and supportive team in place makes a real difference. Overall, a great team to work with!

WNN's training program was the third program that I invested time and money into, but was the first one that established me as a real estate investor with a property. The training/ coaching provided me with comprehensive guidance and support enabling me to acquire my first single family home rental property in Kansas City, Missouri although I lived in southern California. Working through the training and acquiring the property took me close to 6 months. I anticipate my next acquisition and also the time to get it rental ready onto the market will take less time, which positions me well for having at least three properties by the end of this calendar year... Yes, I would recommend WNN to anyone who is looking to become a real estate investor with multiple properties in the Midwest marketplace.

Thank you for sharing your experience—we really appreciate it. It means a lot to hear that this program helped you get your first property, especially after trying others before. Taking that first step into out-of-state investing is a big move, and you did it. Excited for what’s ahead as you build toward your next acquisitions—we’re here to support you along the way.

Joining the WNN group was a step in the right direction for my personal real estate journey. The group is a great foundation for REI and provides weekly accountability and educational Q&A meetings. There are plenty of members in the group who are actively investing in RE and taking action on a regular basis. If you’re looking for a community to join that can help you take action on your real estate journey don’t hesitate to reach out to a WNN rep or community member to learn more.

I joined WNN in September 2021. Before signing up for WNN mentorship, I started my real estate journey “flipping” in Hawaii and I thought I was taking action. After no results flipping, I knew I always wanted to invest in real estate for Cashflow. My wife knew the founder and CEO of WNN, so she told me that I should check them out first. I did and they matched me up with amazing mentor! From there, I found out what it means to take action! Within one year I was able to purchase two properties. One of those property was a major rehab. If it wasn’t for WNN, I don’t think I would have made it through that one. Thank you WNN!

Being in the WNN mentorship was both frightening & rewarding at the same time. It wasn't frightening because I was learning something new about Real Estate Investing, but because I was held accountable for what I said I would do. Rewarding because if I were not held accountable, I would not have taken the action to acquire 3 rental properties in just over 14 months. Thank you WNN for helping me take the actions needed to attain these properties. Without the support & encouragement of the WNN community, I would have never done this on my own.
