Poor pricing and quality
Got another email reminding me to review when i already did. Must be because wjd tried Flagging my last review for “advertising “ when in fact i was not. So here it is again. $2,400 hollow gold chain with 19g 14k gold was absolutely not worth it at all. Was small and mid grade craftsmanship. Crazy to me that a chain worth MAX $1200-1400 was almost double that. Also seeing that the WJD employee that responds to negative reviews so passive aggressively is cringe.

This review is entirely misleading and comes from a customer who attempted fraud. After receiving their order, they contacted our live chat demanding a full refund while stating they would keep the chain. When informed that returns are free but keeping the product while getting a refund is not an option, they then asked, "What if I chargeback with my bank?"—a clear indication of fraudulent intent. Our pricing is based on current gold market rates and craftsmanship, and we stand by the quality of our products. Honest feedback is always welcome, but this is not an honest review—it’s an attempt to damage our reputation after failing to exploit our return policy. We encourage legitimate buyers to review our thousands of many customer experiences and shop with confidence. Fraud, however, has no place here.

DECEITFUL Company
DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS to this DECEITFUL company! All their 5 star reviews are FAKE, left by themselves. Real customers get screwed over by them. They do not provide real products and in the event of lost products, they do not have safeguards in place. Instead they make their poor customers suffer the consequences. You will be left without the product and will lose your money if you make the MISTAKE of purchasing from WJD Exclusive.

The claim that we do not provide real products is false, as is the accusation that our reviews are fake—our reputation is built on thousands of satisfied customers. Additionally, posting multiple negative reviews under different names to manipulate a refund is not only misleading but also a violation of platform guidelines. We encourage fair and honest feedback, but defamatory statements and fraudulent tactics have legal consequences. If there is a legitimate issue, we are always open to resolving it through the proper channels. However, we will not tolerate false claims designed to harm our business.
