Ordering and checking out went very well and easy. I have ordered from WJacket before snd had only good experiences up to now.

I was a little bit sceptical at first when I read some of the reviews. However, when my jacket finally arrived, well within the 8 days quoted, I was more than delighted! As advised, I ordered the oversized version, to allow for a jumper underneath. I found it both stylish & à joy to wear.Margaret ( wife of David, who ordered it!)

I ordered the Water-Repellent Rain & Shine A-Line Hooded Raincoat. I have to admit I was skeptical and thought I was taking a gamble but this amazing coat arrived! It's stunning and way exceeded my expectations, from tailoring to fit to colou (a gorgeous plum fuscia). I got the 2xl (I'm a us 16 / uk 20) and it fits perfectly with room for winter layers underneath. I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to because I was so shocked at how lovely it is. From the initial order being placed to the delivery of my jacket, I was extremely impressed with the constant updates of the status of my jacket. I interacted with the customer service at one stage and all communication was prompt and efficient. I’m surprised to read other reviews which are less positive, as my experience was excellent - ordered from US to delivery in Portugal, which can, at times, prove challenging.

I found the order and tracking processes to be accurate and clear. I liked the jacket but agree that ran a bit small but I had ordered a larger size and I think it will be ok. I did encounter a problem after wearing the coat a few times. The aglets at the tips of the cord fell off almost immediately. I contacted customer service and they responded in a timely fashion and agreed to replace the cord. I have not worn the jacket since so I don't know if the problem will recur. I am happy with the coat and their service.

When I put on my cherry red coat I instantly feel good. My order arrived promptly and I just love my new jacket. It is light and easy to pack when I travel and is comfortable to wear over winter clothes. I have received lots of compliments about the coat, especially the beautiful lining. I would happily recommend this jacket to anyone looking for a practical, water resistant jacket.

Made a purchase online but queried the price. My enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently, explaining the need to convert from AU$to US$ which changed the price. Once that was explained and my order I arrived, I was so pleased with this excellent product. Two gorgeous jackets, one for me and one for a gift. Beautifully made. Stunning colours. Great fit. Could not have asked for more. Will order again.
