As I have not received the goods yet as only ordered 2hours ago it is rather hard to write a review on something I have not received!

I ordered a coat in my usual size but had to return it because it was too small. The return was easy but cost me $76 CDN with insurance. The company sent me a new coat in a bigger size and it fits loosely as it should. All was done quickly and I’m happy with the new coat except for the cost of sending the first one back.

I received my jacket today. Whilst the jacket feels comfortable, the colour is washed out and it is too small. I ordered the size up from my size, knowing what online shopping sizing is like. I should have ordered 2 sizes up. I am a size 20, and ordered 2XL. I should have ordered 3XL. That's crazy!!!. I am not going to pursue an exchange, given the nightmare experiences of other reviewers. Buyer beware!

I have 2 of these windbreaker/jackets from several years ago. Ordered the same size recently. BIG difference. The new ones are skimpily cut, at least 3 inches less around the hem and midsection. If I put anything bulky underneath (sweater, for example), it is too tight/uncomfortable if I try to button the jacket. Order up a size.

I received my jacket, which like others have said there wrongly sized, I ordered X-LARGE which supposed to be 16-18 i am 14-16 and this is too small, they offer a refund but postage on the jacket to return would be £22, and people have said they had there’s returned, I am soooo annoyed to be out of pocket like this an think they should be sorting there sizing chart out, THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM

Impossible to contact these people, website says customer services etc. but no link offered! e mailed and answered text several times but they are just going to post, and charge me a huge amount, as they seem unable to answer a text. I need to change the size as thought their sizing was as stated but see, from these reviews that it is not correct sizing! so £71 wasted , its not even here and i know it will be too small but no phone no or any way to contact but an email they do not answer and no way in to customer services on the web. if they do contact me happy to take this review down but currently DO NOT BUY, the same jacket is available for half the price on other sites as well! Just, finally, got in contact ant they say they have amended the size so will update when it comes, hope it's as good as they say, and very much hope it fits It got here and, well done Millie, was a 2 xl in the end, do beware though an xl is supposed to be a 20 to 22 and it is not, the 2xl is 24 to 26 and just fits a small 20 large 18. The scarf though is a big disappointment, very scratchy, i will soak it in comfort and hope it softens, otherwise a charity shop. I would not buy again, returns are too much trouble, take photos etc and the cost. would have returned this but too much trouble,

The description of the jacket is misleading: they are not "oversized", maybe for the Chinese women that make them. I ordered a medium for myself and and XL for my girlfriend. I could wear it if I wore nothing else, and my girlfriend could not move in it. I can wear the XL so I only needed to exchange 1. - Ad says "free shipping and returns"but that's not true. After several emails to C.S., Millie offered only a 30% credit to get the correct size. Otherwise I could ship to Itay and pay shipping for a refund. Neither was acceptable but i chose the 30%. Technically they are nice jackets. I ordered her a 3X but the colors were limited. After trying to track it for days I contacted Millie again who assured me it was coming. All I could see was it left China. But after 18 days it appeared. And it fit. SO sizing if misrepresented as well as their return policies and I have an extra jacket that doesn't fit.

I haven’t purchased yet but confused about sizing. I’m an Aussie size 18 but according to sizing chart I need 3XL which equates to Au 28-30. Ladies should I buy according to size chart or my normal size. Please help
