AVOID! No actual dimensions were given on jackets when I was interested. I had to contact Customer Services and ask for dimensions of the different sizes. They refused to provide them and asked me to provide my measurements, then came back to me & said I was a particular size but would have to alter the jacket when I got it. I wrote a bad review & they rubbished it, saying dimensions are on the website. They may be now, but not when I was trying to buy in August/ September. A company that gaslights customers, lies in response to poor reviews and you have to send jacket back at your own expense if it doesn't fit, doesn't repel rain etc. AVOID at all cost!

i purchased something on 29th Sept for a jacket. ive had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY THAT PROMISE DELIVERY BETWEEN 2-8 DAYS HOWEVER ITS BEEN 17 days already. sending e mails gets NOWHERE. registering a complaint via their webforum gets NOWHERE. Their agent Falcon Express also do not acknowledge e mails. I have informed this company as well as my bank that I have cancelled my order and am seeking a full refund. Seriously concerned on behalf of the general public. Thankful for all the other reviews. It is very rare for me to purchase something on line. I will be more cautious moving forward Update as of 18th October 2026 the company sent me the jacket AFTER I cancelled my order. It arrived. It does not fit its far too small despite my choosing a larger size so that i could wear a few layers underneath it. I concur with nearly all the other poor reviews of the organisation on this platform. 3rd update 19th Oct 2026 they sent me a jacket which i paid for which they failed to deliver within the delivery date provided. i cancelled the order after nearly 3 weeks seeking a full refund. they sent me the jacket which is far too small and does not fit. I asked them to arrange a courier to collect. they said i had to post it back to them at my own expense and they will issue me a credit voucher. I am liaising with my bank and taking further steps to prevent any future customers having this experience. It is a SCAM organisation. We have trading standards in the UK that protect consumers. The pricing is so misleading - when you add to cart, items appear in A$ but you get charged US$, which is way more expensive for us Aussies! When I emailed them, they offered me a 20% refund but my purchase was still more expensive than it should have. I bought two jackets - one was fine but the other - advertised as white - was cream so I donated it to an op shop. I would never buy from this company again.

Return scam with fraudulent address. Do not purchase or if it's too late and you've already purchased, do not return item. They ask you to send returns to a place in "Gravina In Puglia, BA" in Italy, and not to the return address on the parcel. I'm not allowed to provide the actual address. This is a fraudulent "shop front". You will not get your money back and will pay exorbitant postal costs to then have it stopped in customs. Sizing is way off and Au$ also turns into to US$ at checkout, making it very expensive. AVOID!!

What went wrong - everything. No 1 - make sure you read the reviews B4 you spend with this Company. My Jacket arrived OMG I couldn't even get my arms into it, It, I believe, is impossibly expensive to return and even then you will not get a full refund. Everything looks good on the site then the price changes from AU to USD on checkout doubling the cost. Love the look and feel of the Jacket but sadly it will stay in the cupboard until I find someone who it will fit.

Needed a refund, returned the jacket, as per their instructions, it cost me $48AUD to send it to Italy as they said that was where to send it, only to have it returned to me. Buyers be very wary of this company.

I am still waiting for my refund after the warehouse refused my delivery. Buyers be wary, my purchase was simply a wrong size on 18/4/26, today I am still in a conversation is going round and round to get my money back BUYERS BE WARY PLEASE!

The items are advertised in NZD but when you checkout you pay in USD. I complained and received a small refund. I received the jacket which was ok but far too small so as others have said the sizing was all wrong. I complained requesting a replacement and was offered a 30% reduction on a replacement and I keep the one I have or I could return it overseas after jumping through numerous hoops, at my expense. After that I would only get a credit note! What an absolute con! This bears no relation to the claims on their website of easy return and 100% refund. Do not order from this company. I will write this off as an expensive mistake but I wouldn't want others failing for this. I wish I’d read these reviews before I’d bought anything from them.
