I have been asked to delete the name of the person I emailed regarding returns, so I have done that, even though the name is mentioned in other reviews! So many reviews mention the cost of returning, and difficulties in getting a refund, or having their jacket returned to them. I received this reply: “I want to assure you that in almost all cases, orders returned to our return center are successfully delivered to our return address, and we process them accordingly. We have noticed a couple of instances where orders were returned, and in those cases, we issued a full refund to the customers. If, for any reason, your return package is returned back to you, we will absolutely agree to issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and fair return process.” It makes no sense to me, and after reading so many reviews that state difficulties in the returns process, I decided not to bother with my return, and not to recommend this company.

Jacket didn't fit once it eventually arrived even though I used their size guidelines when ordering. I didn't think the quality was very good either, didn't live up to the advertizing hype. I believe the returns process is very difficult, deliberatetly so. As with other comments on here I won't even bother to return it. Definately don't buy from this company. Very disappointing.

Why is this raincoat on the internet for half the price?

Really really bad company!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I had the same problem as others have described. The jacket didn't fit. Had to return it to Italy, even though it came from California. Paid $33 to return it. 5 weeks later, it is being returned to me because they would not accept it at the return center in Italy. What a waste of money!

Very disappointed. Jacket too small do returned to Italy st considerable expense. Sent photo of post off over receipt but they say they can not find it! Very poor customer service. Would never use again

Purchased the jacket in March for a European trip I was taking in June. I live in Canada, so we have snow until April, so there was no reason for me to try my coat until the end of April. After wearing the coat 2 times, the cord to sinch the waist and get a better fit, broke! It was obvious that the cord hadn't been properly sewn in. I sent an email to the company explaining the situation and was told that since it was passed the 14 day return policy that I was unable to return it, even though it was a defective product. Very poor customer service!!! So I spent another $25, getting a seamstress to fix it.

Don’t order from this company! My raincoat didn’t fit, so I wanted to send it back. After taking a picture of the coat and sending to them, they instructed me to send back to Italy. It originally came from California. It would have cost me $74 to send back. I am no longer going to buy anything from Facebook.
