The web page displayed the price of $59.00 in AU + freight, and when the payment was processed it was converted to USD over $100 AUD. If these are USD then display that, this if fraudulent.

I have just received this jacket - and wish I'd not been conned by the fake positive reviews they promote. I am a normal size 12 (Australia) yet the sleeves on this jacket are SO tight, even wearing a T-Shirt is almost impossible to wear with comfort. Bad luck if I want to wear a long sleeve shirt, or heaven forbid, a jumper. I have looked into the return system, but they want it sent back at MY expense (huge) to be received back by Xmas day! Impossible. I could send it back, but I can guarantee they will say they didn't receive it by 25.12.2025, and then I won't have product or refund. BIG mistake buying this jacket. I won't even try to sell it. Just take straight to op shop, over $100 wasted.

After a short time the lining of the W jacket has come apart due to fraying and a very small seam allowance. As it is faulty I wanted a replacement but only offered a discount on a new jacket, which I will not take up.

Really wish I had come here first. This company is just awful. Bought a jacket as a birthday gift and it was too small. They won't let me exchange it because I've had it for more than 7 days. OF COURSE IT HAS IT WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT. They absolutely refused to help and now I find out they like to silence all of their unhappy customers. They will be out of business within the year because this is not how you do business. Also their jackets are over priced and basic

I had a similar experience to a number of other reviewers. The sizing was too small. Went through the complex returns process with photos of the item. I'm in Australia and was also given a return address in Italy. Paid the expensive postage and heard nothing for 3 months when the package was returned by post with Australia Post asking for $25 for the privilege of picking up the parcel! No way! Wrote it off as a bad experience, DO NOT deal with this mob - they are a rip off!!!

Your initial email after my order was placed stated that despatch would be within 1-2 business days and delivery in Australia would be 2 - 6 business days there after. Overall the delivery took 19 days and no visibility of the consignment while in transit. At this time the the jacket is unused and we are awaiting the next wet season to see how functional the jacket is.
