I have not yet received my order. What happened ? Jeff

Excellent product

Ordered a MagSafe ring on Sept 8th. Received only a baggie of magnets. Told customer service (via email as no phone is provided) by providing my order number, what I ordered and photo of envelope with my shipping address and the magnets. Delayed emails asking what the issue is. Finally understanding wrong item was sent and an apology. Waiting for item I asked for tracking number. Delayed emails. Get office is closed for weekend and office is closed for inventory emails. Finally got email asking to confirm my shipping address. Told Rep. it’s the same as in the photo and the week before. Delayed email told me to confirm my address. Asking for tracking number. Only received the office is closed for the weekend email again. Still waiting for tracking number or my item as of September 30. The customer service here is shockingly horrible.

With the demise of Amazon group sharing I'm hoping direct purchases from places like this become more prevalent. The process was painless and shipping was great.

It works great. I’m overall satisfied.

Quick order confirmation and shipping updates. Secure, adjustable fit in the cupholder. Easy and secure phone attach and release. Well made!

Great service and quality product!!
