Took too long to get it.

They have a problem with their shipping so I actually never got it however they were very quick to get me my refund when I told them I no longer needed their product, for now..

R earbud was rattly one day, but it fixed.

The item itself is fantastic but the adhesive for it to attach to the dash is not strong enough. I have had to use grizzly glue to keep it attached.

The product is good. The problem is that I received the product twice and was damaged both times. It should be shipped in two pieces instead of one piece and then attached together. I decided to just glue it back together.

This is my third WixGear Universal Stick-On Dashboard Magnetic Car Mount Holder in 3 years. I find it the most useful tool (really like it) to hold my phone when driving and using maps. It seems the tightening knob on the swivel mechanism does not hold up to usage and cracks appart, thus making the magnet fall off. This last time I had trouble removing the sticky mount and it messed up my dashboard permanently.

It is a good product But it does have a problem staying on the air vent. My air vents are horizontal.

I have contacted WixGear to let them know that the magnetized model did not work for me. I would like the same type of dash mount, but with the cell phone clip instead. I was under the impression that they were going to send me a new unit, but haven't heard or received anything......
