There is no return policy
Their return policy is false advertising. I tried to return a watchband two days after I received it because it was too large (even after I removed the removable links). They do not have a return policy and the phone number that they provide is a recording telling you to fill out their on-line form for a return. No one responds to that form. I was able to obtain an email address (non-published and after a lot of research) and was told that they do not issue refunds and to just keep the watchband. I am stuck with a watch band that I cannot use and I am out $75. Do not trust this company. This is what they told me: "We recently changed our returns policy to serve our customers better and promote sustainability." This does not serve me better. This was not the policy posted when I ordered my two watchbands. And, their website continues to show the original return policy.

Hi Marilyn, Good day and I hope you well. We did have a recent revision with our return policy but we guarantee you that this work better on all our customers. Rather than the usual return process which is a bit of a hassle, we found a better solution that is more efficient and easy. We let our customer keep the first band/s and get a free replacement to any band of their liking or a full refund. This is a simple yet more effective solution that we provide to our customers than the return. We apologize if yours was not processed right away in this manner but rest assured that we priority what works best to everyone. For a better experience, our customer service manager will be in touch with you to process your request right away. Kind regards, Team WizeBand
