I love the bands from WizeBand and the customer support is great! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and Emily helped me to resolve the issue, I’m really happy with the support I got, quite rare these days I feel to have someone reply nicely and being that helpful. I’d definitely order again from Wize Band 😊

I have ordered a few times & love the choices, quality & speed of delivery. On my last order I needed some customer support & Emily was understanding, quick & the followup was amazing. I would recommend WizeBand to anyone who wants to add a classy, or fun or just another great look to their watch.

I have made several purchases from Wizeband over a few years. Their straps are great quality. I've purchased from other companies that seemed similar in price and product was terrible (I got a full refund). Wizebands are great quality! I switch out my straps every few days and my bands on high repeat still clip on as surely as the day I bought them. (My watch is well over 5 year old)

Hi Amanda, Wow, thank you so much for your incredibly kind review! It means so much to us that you've chosen WizeBand time and time again over the years. Hearing that your bands are still clipping on perfectly after so much regular use—especially with a watch that's over 5 years old—is exactly what we hope for when designing our straps. Knowing you've tried other brands and continue to come back to us is the biggest compliment we could receive. Thank you for being such a loyal customer and for taking the time to share your experience. Support from customers like you truly means the world to our small team. We hope you continue to enjoy switching up your styles for many years to come! 💚
