The band is cute. But wish it was wider. I have difficulty sometimes placing the end of the band in the inside slot.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad you find the band cute. To make it easier to place the end into the inside slot, we recommend ensuring the magnets are flat and aligned properly. If you’re looking for a wider design, we do offer other styles that might better suit your preferences. Feel free to take a look at our collection, and let us know if you’d like assistance finding the perfect band! We appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve and better serve you.

My “quartz”band has arrived and it feels very light and like plastic. That wouldn’t be so bad as it looks nice and wearing it would be the test - but the tool sent to use to remove links does not work. I put the screw part going in in the direction of the arrows but the pin didn’t come out and the part that inserts in unscrewed from the tool and will not unscrew out of the band. Will need pliers to try to get it out and try on another link. Update - the CS team reached out and was very helpful in resolving my issue.

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for sharing your feedback! I completely understand your concern regarding the feel of the band. To clarify, the band you received is made from resin, which gives it a lightweight feel, while its "ceramic" name refers to its polished, glossy look. It combines both aesthetics and comfort for everyday wear. Regarding the link removal tool, it sounds like the tool might not have been aligned correctly during the adjustment process. This can happen if the tool isn’t centered properly on the pinhole, causing it to get stuck on the band itself. If this resulted in the tool being damaged, we’d be happy to send you a replacement tool free of charge. Just let us know! Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or have any questions—we’re here to help!

But it was still more than I wanted to fool with so to compensate for my disappointment, they supplied me with another Choice customer service was great thank you so much wise

Looking for a stylish Apple Watch band I came across the website of Wizeband. So much to choose from! I ordered 3 (2+1 deal) and they arrived much quicker than expected. Although I really loved them they were too big for my small wrists, even after adjusting the size. I contacted customerservice to arrange my return and got a quick and superfriendly reply. They even did some suggestions for smaller bands. Unfortunately those were not the style I was looking for. Emily arranged a full return of my costs and I did not have to return the bands. In line with their environmental goals they asked me to find them a loving home locally, which I will sure do! Hope to order at Wizeband again some day :-)

Hi Tamara, Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted that you found our selection appealing and that your order arrived quickly. It’s unfortunate the bands weren't a perfect fit for your wrists, but we’re glad Emily could assist you efficiently with the return process. We really appreciate your support in finding a new home for the bands, aligning with our environmental goals. We look forward to welcoming you back to Wizeband in the future and hopefully finding the perfect style and fit for you! Best regards, The WizeBand Team

Love the band. However I have a very small wrist and wish I could take out one more link but can’t.
