Recently I ordered a Wizeband watchband and was just not happy with the look for me. I did not see any replacement to exchange it for. At this point I just wanted to send it back and get a refund. When I inquired on how to do that, the reply was very generous. I was told to gift the band to someone and they would send me a refund which they did. Not many companies handle returns this way. I think this is great company that truly wants to satisfy their customers. Thank you Wizeband!
