I ordered a band for my Apple Watch, it was shipped in an incredibly swift manner. Unfortunately the delivery company made a mistake and landed the package in my parents’ front garden, and their dog chewed up the package, so I contacted WizeBand and asked them if they could help me get a reimbursement from the shipping company. They answered within one day and offered to send a new package instead, free of charge! I haven’t received the product yet, super excited, but I can 100% recommend the company, my experience with their customer service was outstanding!!
