The absolute best customer service. I made a stupid mistake when I ordered my Wizeband, so I wrote to their customer service and within 24 hours they had sorted out the problem for me. I definitely feel safe to buy from them again.

The products themselves are fantastic, I get a lot of comments from people, and the customer service is terrific as well. I realised I had accidentally selected the wrong size after I place an order, and the response from the customer service team was so timely and they were so helpful in rectifying my mistake. Great customer service! I broke the pin when removing a link in the new watch band for my wife and was going to repurchase it, but when I contacted Emily at WizeBand, she offered to replace the band for free. This is the type of service that retains customers!

Wizeband is great. I bought a band as a gift. Unfortunately it wasn't what the the recipient had in mind. After having sent an email to customer service they offered me store credit without hesitation. We ended up settling on a refund. Overall a really adequate and friendly experience buying at Wizeband.
