If your default payment does not go through the company will charge every card you have used until one works. This is theft and fraud. I did not agree to my other cards being saved on file, theres no option to remove them, so be aware they will automatically charge your other cards without your consent. That was my only issue with them and a struggle to get it refunded. Still working on it.

Update:Let me add that this review is my experience and my opinion of them. MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE! Update: After seeing this review, the company has refunded me a couple months of automatic withdrawls. I do appreciate that. However, it shouldn't have come to this. They need to update their system to handle cancelations. They also need to put their phone number on their website. Hopefully they have followed thru and cancelled my subscription. We'll see in another month. ZERO stars!!! I have tried to cancel this service for 2 months now. I follow the process on the webpage BUT they never confirm. They have been STEALING $50/month from me!!! There is NO phone number on their website to call! WTF!? Total and complete scam!!

Last year, when I needed FMLA, it took my doctor 3 months to fill out the 4-page form correctly. I could have lost my job. This year, I knew I needed to stay with my doctor but go elsewhere for my new FMLA forms. I tried FMLA NOW, and I am not disappointed. It was fast and easy. I received my FMLA approval from the USPS for 12 months of intermittent leave. Thank you.

If you are a high income earner it may be worth the expense to avoid the hassle of getting FMLA through a regular doctor. It took me 20 minutes, a 3 day wait and $200 to get my intermittent time off approved. I essentially paid $200 to save my job. You will have to do this every six months to a year so it's for you to decide if the price is worth it. To me it was I just wish it was a little cheaper.

no where on their website does it say anything about it costing more than the $49 for the FMLA letter. this woman tried to claim the $49 was just for intake and I had to pay $49 per week and attend a session for every week I am off. Oh but there is financial assistance available. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!
