These people are the WORST and cannot be trusted. The common experience everyone seems to have is a complete lack of communication or consideration for their clients. They don't return calls or emails. More importantly, they don't follow through on ANYTHING they say they will do. Their word means nothing. Cindy Zamora and Maria Vega are completely unresponsiveness to normal communication and will do nothing to help you.

They advertise the FMLA ppwk at $50, but after the assessment they say it’s another $50 to actually get the ppwk signed and sent back. I got the ppwk eventually, but it was misdated. They never responded to my requests to amend it. They never responded to my request to end my “subscription”. The subscription model for what they do is a plain racket as they actually don’t do or offer anything of value, or even respond, after delivering the ppwk.

This is a typical bait-and-switch operation. Nowhere on their site it says that it requires a monthly subscription, but it does.

There is no functioning way to cancel a subscription with this company. The cancellation process on the website does not work. When I turned to email instead, every address I tried came back with a reply telling me I had reached the wrong person — but never once telling me who the right person actually is. No name, no department, no working address, no phone number anywhere on the site. Just a dead end that loops back on itself. Meanwhile the recurring charges have continued. A company that takes money automatically every month has an obligation to provide one clear, working way to stop it. Right now this one does not. If someone from Recover reads this: reply here with the specific email address that can actually process a cancellation, and confirm in writing that my subscription is terminated and that no further charges will be made. I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to look closely at how you would get out of it before you sign up.

SCAM!!! They said they could help me with short term disability because of an injury. They filled out mental health papers , made me seem like a lunatic , told my job i should be out for a year. Refuses to refund!

The service they provided was fine, however when I was better to go back to work I was charged 2 more times over 2 months past my last appointment with them and they refused to refund my money even though they were no longer providing the service I was paying for. I would check out other disability help companies for anyone searching.

They completely screwed me out of getting return to work accommodations that I desperately needed. I had a deadline. My first therapist to assessment my return to work screwed up the form and didn’t put any accommodations. So 9 days before the due date then I paid for another appointment specifically to discuss updating the form. I can’t figure out what on earth is wrong with their documentation staff. I sent several emails telling them what to do. I even sent a letter my neurologist wrote about why it’s important for me to work remotely. It’s because I have a brain injury. It’s a serious condition. So the day of, this employee of theirs sends me an ‘updated’ form but they for some crazy reason put my return to work to 10/13? Even though I had already returned to work on 4/13. It was a very simple for. All they needed to do was check a box next to “remote work”. I have absolutely no idea where they came up with FMLA lasting from 2/13 to 10/13? I absolutely hate these people. I missed the deadline. A big driver of my mental health is working at the office. Thanks for setting me up for failure. It not only impacts me, but my young kids. I really rage hate them.

They are totally unhelpful with your leave of absence. They are not avaiable to get ahold of if you have questions. And they dont offer any supoprt at at all. Would not recommend. unless you want to have your leave of absence messed up
