Terribly disappointed. Before Order: I spoke with a customer service about what I wanted and they were very helpful. I placed my order, they contacted me a few days later saying the color I wanted was out of stock which was fine, I chose another color. After Order: My items arrived in several boxes, When I opened the last box, I could not understand why they packed 6 ceramic items in a huge box with a thin piece of bubble wrap so they could bump around in delivery. No sticker saying "Fragile" or "Do not Drop". Needless to say, a few were broken. Duh! What did you think would happen? SO I called them, no apology, I sent the picture and instead of fixing their mistake, they refunded the money which in most cases would have been acceptable. In this case I needed a certain amount. I ordered more than what I needed but now I am one short. Happy Holidays everyone except you (the last person that does not get a mug). I was even going to overlook the fact that my personalization on the mugs were crooked. Never again, there are too many other places to choose from.

A few weeks ago, I placed an order for full color webcam covers (item # 209737) with custom instruction cards. I am part of a smaller IT company. I was attending a trade show and wanted to have something to give to guests that came to visit my booth. These were a huge hit! It was a great and easy way to distribute our information. The covers printed beautifully. I have one on my laptop and the adhesive on the back has held up really well. We will definitely be reordering this item for future events!
