So far using joy has been simple, helpful and very easy to figure out on my own. I was able to build and design my website exactly how I wanted it, setting up guest lists and rsvps were a breeze too and everyone has been able to access their invites through the qr codes. My only criticism is that everything is usa based, so as someone from the UK, I did have to go outside of the app for certain things such as registry and things. But honestly, it still found my venue and local vendors etc so thats the only complaint I have. Thank you for making my wedding planning a breeze.

Really great website, super straight forward to use apart from the registry which is a total nightmare for anyone not from the USA. No option to put things in different currencies or add an account which is causing total confusion amongst my guests. If it wasn’t for this minor detail I would definitely have given Joy a 5* review. They were good to reply to this review as well and it did resolve the issue however still wasn't obvious unless you went searching for it and also doesn't resolve the issue that unless you are in the USA you can't add apple pay etc.

Joy is great because it's free and can be accessed on all devices. It can be frustrating on Android app as the load times seem to be much longer even on s24ultra where device power isn't an issue.

Very intuitive, easy to make nice and keep everything on track! Wish that the rsvp guest list could hide degault columns.

The customer service has been wonderful. The support person has answered all my questions with kindness and patience. There are some site limitations such as only having one option for basic cards if you want to save on sending your invitation. Some things came as surprise after I have already committed to the site and it would have been a hassle to use a different site. If money is not an issue, the site is very user friendly.

I went with Joy because we have a multi-day event with different guest lists, and I greatly appreciated the flexibility to ensure individuals see the appropriate schedule. This has been an issue for some “hidden”/“exclusive” events that don’t show up on the schedule at all on other sites. Thinking from the user perspective, I am inviting families of 4+ to a multi-day wedding… Having to RSVP for every person individually looks horrific. It would be great if a whole family could rsvp together with each individual as a different row to speed up the process. This way individual responses are captured, but all in one go

My conversations with real agents are usually productive and helpful. The AI bot is not helpful. During off-hours, the bot is fine, but should tell the customer when a real agent will be available. During regular hours when support agents are available, the bot should give the customer the option to speak to an agent.
