Once I spoke to the rep the process was so easy! I couldn't find the gift cards that got sent to us for our wedding but she was quickly and easily able to resend the emails.

The app was great — it was easy to use and very convenient. I just wish there was a way you could provide a QR code for the guests to upload their pictures directly into the app.

I love this website. I love that you can personalize everything. All the features are so cool. My feedback is that I think you should manage things by phone numbers and not emails.

I love Joy! It made wedding planning easy and fun. I just wish I could change the paragraph and page alignment settings. Text blocks sometimes feel to far apart. And the mobile app glitches, so I had to move between app and web frequently. I would also have liked to see animation or icons to add to the text blocks. But other than that it was amazing!

Overall I am very happy with Joy. The registry can be confusing to navigate at times but the support team is very helpful with quick response times !

Using the Joy app for wedding logistics has been helpful. It is nice to have everything regarding the wedding and reception in one hub.

Overall Joy was the best website we found to make our wedding landing page and RSVP. I’m grateful that the features are all free and fairly easy to use. However my main issues were that the website can at times feel a bit clunky and slow. The layout can feel a little overwhelming and unintuitive as well at times. Lastly we noticed some errors such as the landing page not showing the correct photos uploaded sometimes. Nevertheless in comparison to other website builder sites for weddings, With Joy was still the best option with the most features and overall nicest layouts to choose from.

I love the design of the templates, many to choose from when creating the wedding site. It allows RSVP and makes it easier to keep track of the responses.
