It is such an easy and user-friendly website! We love it!

i've been using joy for a couple months now to plan my wedding & every week i find something new that helps me stay on top of something i hadn't even thought to think about yet. the platform is beautifully designed & genuinely customizable to what i need & what i want. i'm obsessed with our wedding website & got compliments from every guest invited. the coolest part is how it's proactive. it's not just organizing the things i bring to it. it's helping me figure out what i need to do in the first place. i especially love the hotel blocks, no fee registry funds, customizable rsvp survey, and guest list database. for someone planning a wedding largely on my own, that's been everything! to make it even better, the customer service team is extremely responsive, kind, & clearly invested in the people using it. every time i've reached out, i've felt taken care of. if you're in the thick of wedding planning & need something to hold it all together, you need joy!

Joy has been incredible for our RSVPs and it’s such a cute website! No one has had a hard time accessing information and it’s been a JOY to have as our planning site lol

I really enjoyed using Joy - it looks great, with apersonalised feel, and helps keep track of guest numbers and everything you need to know about them i.e. allergies etc. Any updates during the run up to the wedding can be easliy communicated without concern.

The UI is easier than I thought it would be and I find it to be really well thought out. My only suggestion would be to make it a little easier to differentiate multiple events
