Lanie, Calvin and Joy were so quick about sending a replacement part for a registry item! Most efficient customer service and all over email! Yay!

After getting to the root of the issue, my question was resolved very quickly. Cas helped me to figure out in as little time as possible why I might be having some problems. The website itself is not great all the time, we had issues with people being able to buy things off of our registry, so that we had to change all of our stuff to cash funds. And it’s a bit challenging when there can only be one owner when I’m the bride and need control things just as much as the creator of the page.

They tried very hard to solve my issue, I appreciate that though issue wasn’t solved yet, yet willing to still work with you, other words,” extra mile” for sure

I have loved using Joy to create my wedding website and track RSVP. It is an easy to use platform where you are able to customise it to how you’d like it. A big tick for me was that it is free! Not many things to do with weddings are free so not worrying about having to spend money on a website was great. I would highly recommend using Joy to anyone!
