Good service support and good site, it's made me easy to organize my wedding, great user experience and very quick. One of the advantage is they have spanish translation, that is the main language of the majority of my guests

This website has been the best! The only thing I have that’s not really negative tho is….when publishing the site. There are many things in there that show you examples of how it could look, like groomsman dinner location, bridal party etc, I assumed it would not Stay in the website when you publish but it does 🤣 so I had a few people ask are you really doing this in Seattle and who is this person. 🤣

I really appreciate that Joy offers more than one user login for the shared wedding-planning experience. I decided to switch early on from another wedding platform based on that fact and what appeared to be a very well-organized experience from a guest's perspective. Everything was very straightforward when creating the website, and I'm excited to explore some of it's additional features (like photo sharing) once we get a little closer to the date itself.

Appreciated that my options were clearly laid out so I could make the best choice for us and the guests who gifted us the item. Super easy to do and the communication was great throughout the process! It's never fun to have to tell someone their gift isn't coming, but Joy's support made it easy.

We opted to use Joy for our wedding website and registry because it was the easiest option with The MOST services available for free. So far we have been very impressed. We reached out to their support team with a question and they gave a quick response. Time will tell if we continue to have a seamless process, but as of now we are very happy with our decision.
