Simple and easy never had an issue. Free of charge also. Only problem was being unable to use the registry as it didn't have Australian stores or products and couldn't set up a cash fund in AUD.

There are a lot of different features, registry, website, rsvp all in one place. You can link multiple store registries but only some stores’ items are actually shown on the registry tab, some external registries are just shown as a website link at the bottom. The app is a little glitchy and will reload the screen. The wedding website is very customizable and easy to add information to.

I consider is a great platform for creating web pages (reasonable templates, layouts and designs), managing RSVP and contacts. For destination weddings or international couples, its a great platform. Even though, there are some points that could be better, for example, the tags and their management. They say that the tags are good to separate invitees but they show up when they shouldn't. If I select RSVP only for list A, people on List B shouldn't be able to input their name on RSPV page, even though, they appear and is confusing.

I am so impressed with the help I have gotten when I use the chat section to ask a question. They walk you through how to solve any issue you might have.

I love the fact that it's free and very user friendly. The website is pretty customizable, and the inherent style of the website you work with is very elegant. I think its great that you can customize the website with a color picker so your photos and the background can match. And the RSVP tracker and email invitations are better than expected and very much appreciated. It's made the process of planning this wedding a lot easier! If there's something I would choose to improve upon, I would love to be able to have more control over the photo gallery section where you can post "moments" from the wedding and engagement photos. For instance, the order in which the photos are posted on the page after uploading them to the website would complete the experience for myself. Overall, I would choose this website builder all over again if I found myself back in time. I will definitely be recommending this site to future brides I know.

Over all, a great experience but there are some technical glitches and pain points. For example, Joy does not automatically create a tag for the individuals who are attending the wedding so if you want to send an email only to people attending the wedding you have to manually go in and mark everyone with a tag to be able to send a group email. They were also some issues with envelope names being redundant or incorrectly done for sending invites. It was best to manually enter envelope names. The registry is overall fairly seamless as we added everything directly to the Joy registry website. Would use again but takes some experimentation to optimize.

Joy is overall very easy to use - the contact collector is convenient and the registry is fairly easy. I didn't mind the website templates but they weren't super easy to use. The biggest reason I removed a star is the gaps between mobile and web.

Love it! But I wish there was a quick and easy way to click on a link for the location of the venue. Or the welcome page let me put in the actual full address of the venue. (It doesn’t) Also wish there was an easy way to track the RSVPs. It’s not very easy to do.
