Okay features, nearly unusable site. Cannot view “send” or similar buttons at bottom of page after selecting guests and invitation types unless on specific browsers under a full moon, and then can only scroll down to about half the height of the button. I had to forego Chrome and blow the dust off ol’ Explorer for this one. Site navigation consists of unnecessarily nested categories, requiring you to get the hang of how to use it and remember paths instead of being clear, direct, and intuitive. Updating text sections in wedding website editor was temperamental. Sometimes it works, sometimes you need to do it another three times. Remember to copy your text and perhaps paste it elsewhere as a backup before raw-dogging saving typed-out text boxes. Saving templates you painstakingly created is also a temperamental nightmare. Upon having to send some invitations twice (emails bouncing, no fault of the site), we inexplicably had to recreate them from scratch, despite having saved changes, which involves scrolling through the hundred or so templates again to locate the one used (and already sent to other emails, mind you), retyping the text, and praying that it would take. Guest lists would do well with being numbered with a total that you can view via selecting boxes next to names (based on RSVP status and manual selection, or even just manually would be acceptable). Instead, I had to manually count the guests in my head by scrolling through names. Not sure if mobile users fare better here. Decent selection of free templates. Well, that’s what I can recall off the top of my head, since I have avoided using this site after the hair-pulling-ly frustrating experience I had to endure since we published it. Thankfully, I only intend on getting married this one time, so I will never have to use this again. If you’re looking for a fully functional website tool with the bonus of it actually making sense to use, look elsewhere. Otherwise, good luck.

I feel that the site is not user friendly and created so much more work for me when i have so many other things to do. Often times i take the time to load all the information and pictures in the system and when i log back in there seems to have been a glitch and all my progress is gone. We are having a destination wedding and a reception back home later. This site is not set up for that and confuses my guests as the count down timer is only set up for one date. I have tried to use the tags and passwords for my guests but that has only proven to confuse them and us. Locking some guests out and creating more work and communication between us all. I am a DIY bride and i can do more with Canva than i can on this website. I truly struggled to find a layout that i liked and was unable to customize it to my liking. So it dosen't feel like my website or wedding. It takes to long to do simple tasks on here. I hate the RSVP list aspect. I cant tell who has responded or not responded without downloading it to an excel sheet and sorting the information because we are having a destination wedding. I assume. And yes i have talked to support several times. I would spend days trying to figure small tasks out. I would not recommend this site to any new couple. It has been so much work and such a learning curve that i regret using it. I do like the QR code aspect. I can send my guests a QR code to text or email to send them directly to the site.

Absolutely terrible user experience. Even with a Master’s in Computer Engineering, it took me two full days to figure out how to edit simple things like text and photos. Nothing is intuitive. Total waste of time.

We booked a hotel through withjoy. They took upfront payment. It appears as though they then booked through booking.com (which is a book now pay later thing) but when it came to pay later they didn't. So the booking was cancelled by booking.com and we didn't find out until turning up. Don't bother. Just book through booking.com

I’m starting this review now but will be back to write more. Under no circumstances should you use this website. The registry is a total scam and is currently holding thousands of dollars hostage. There is literally, LITERALLY no human you can speak to, it is all an AI email that sends you in circles. Items are not available and even when they say they are, they never get shipped. You can’t take the credit out for cash or gift cards either. Thousands of dollars have been stolen from us. I’ve been in circular AI email hell for the last two months with this trash website. DO NOT USE IT.

Booked a hotel through wedding website for event in 4 months. Not informed non-refundable. Discovered credit card charge by Joy and was surprised immediately charged. Called hotel and found out there was no reservation made for me. Also discovered that rate was higher than hotel charges (with cancellations). A total scam! Do not pay for anything using their site.

I wish I could give a negative number. I made a booking and the wedding got cancelled - could not get any refund and worst customer service ever.

Online free service very very glitchy. Guest list was randomly organized, and hard to work with. Much to my horror, emailed invitations included some other invitees’ Email addresses made fully visible to them, and one person was even able to reply for others on the list! Someone responded for the bride saying she was not coming! Kept losing my prepared invitation and needed to be rebuilt often. Printed invitations did not look professional. Support responses online were helpful but not immediate and could not undo damage already done by their glitches. I only used their invitation services, not the website and other options. Wedding was December 2025.
