For the most part, everything is simple and seamless. However, would love if there was a timeline feature, I could edit existing RSVPs, and the contact collected and RSVP is a bit too confusing being two separate things.

We like how easy it is to create everything; it's very user-friendly. One thing I miss is the ability to choose my own date format and language in multiple cases. We are from the Czech Republic, so 1st- we use different time format and 2nd- half of our guests speak English, but the other half do not. We have been successful in translating many things ourselves, such as creating custom questions, but the time left until the wedding cannot be manually edited to be in our language. The same applies to the RSVP page where people have to enter their name to answer the RSVP.

Would 100% use this again. We wanted to send digital invites for our wedding and wanted to spend $0 on the whole process. This was a great option - the user interface can feel a bit fiddly at times, but honestly it did the job and was mostly easy to use. Also their support team were great at helping us when the mobile view of the website wasn't adapting properly from the desktop view. HUGE THUMBS UP.

The support agent was helpful, if a little slow to respond. I was trying to order additional recipients for digital invitations. It turns out, the only way to do that is to get a stripe.com link, pay it, then take a screenshot of the payment! Then the agent could add the additional recipients to my account. This is a completely insane process to make a digital purchase.

Really appreciate the free software. Very user intuitive. Only wish is that the individual pages were more customizable.

It was a bit glitchy a lot of the time. Other than that it worked very well for our needs and are very happy to be able to have this website to plan the wedding!

It has been easy to use overall and I love the RSVP features. I have found the tags to be a little confusing. There are tags with and without emojis. Such as a ceremony one with an emoji and one without. I learned that if I ceremony tagged someone with an emoji-less tag they didn’t get the correct RSVP. It was an easy fix, but still confusing.

I have been loving using joy. The only thing and I kind of feel it's a major thing, is that there should be a way to mass text your contacts with your website from Joy. Also I imported all my contacts and only the names transfered. No emails or phone numbers. I used a spread sheet and had all the info in their correctly.
