WitherHosting LLC is a joke. Literally, it's a joke. I applied to the Staff team after being accepted into TMDHosting's team. I chose to apply to Support Agent at WitherHosting because I've seen their bad side. The former Support Agent (Emilia Sand) got fired from one of Witherhosting's child companies for telling the truth. She was one of the best in the industry and everyone wanted her due to her extremely good experience. Anyways, I've talked to multiple customers and they say that they aren't happy with how WitherHosting treat their customers. Bad support, overloaded Servers. The COO (Co-Owner) literally said this in DMs "Anyways I can't accept you, your application is way too vague. And on top of that you seem like a thrill to manage". -The Co-Owner sold a copy of his own TOS and Privacy Policy that both WitherHosting and Floofy Hosting uses. I recommend staying away from WitherHosting, go with another hosting providing service that actually got nice staff and co-owner. This review is based on Screenshots and proof from DMs. [UPDATE] The Co-Owner replied to my message after I said "Enjoy the review", he replied with "You're annoying. That's all I got to say. Are you 12 or something? hI iM lEoM aNd iM gNa 1 sTaR bEcAuSe i gOt dEnIed fOr StAfF" Telling the truth doesn't have anything to do with age. I made this review because I want to show the customers what to expect, bad service. And then he banned me from their Discord Server. - What is he really trying to hide? The truth will always come out soon or later. Everything will be documented on drama.gg (including screenshots). Now they replied to defend themselves when I got around 10 screenshots of proof. "Rumors", not really. I'm pretty sure that WitherHosting is spreading the rumors by replying with that sort of answer. Like I said, everything will be published to Drama.gg, including all the screenshots.

I payed the invoice but then it still said that it was unpaid bad

Me and a friend hosted a YouTuber SMP. Server got suspended for not paying the invoice. He said he ran out of money to pay for the server so I offered to host it from my own server which we agreed on. I go on the server and realise we can't even look at the files and get the world download anymore. This is a scam, since we invested all of our time and also have paid witherhosting but can't get the files. Upon contacting support, we got ghosted and asked to provide our email but with no response. We are losing players by the hour and uptime matters, and wither can't provide us with FTP.

nothing but problems from witherhosting are server files got leaked this is the worse hosting ever are servers are always down and the staff are bad did nothing when we told them about it and should of gave us a refund but didnt

There's too many issues, I bought server in europe but I got server in america so players have very huge lags, I can't log in into panel without any issue. worst hosting

Service was horrible, hosting was horrible, server was laggy I payed for 6GB plan and for 2 servers cant stress this enough pleassssse pleasssse dont buy from them they are one of the worst of the services.

Honestly this is one of the worst hosting services out here. I feel sorry for MXG and their dev because our server that we have had for a while had tps, lag issues, couldnt access panel, closed for 3 days without any staff helping us, the support team was was very unhelpful and we had to get the dev to help us by spamming @ him and when he finally got contacted it was fixed only for a short time. I can't say how mad me and my team feel about this with their support team they can't help with anything and only said it'll fix itself and 3 hours passed until the dev fixed it. The manager of witherhosting also claimed all of these are false yet me and my team have showed proof many times of our problems. I hate how long this is but anyone who is thinking of using Witherhosting please don't save your money they aren't worth the time and money. My team had the 6GB plan and payed for 2 servers and we are going under make for both of them and we cant even get staff to get on to help or us get access. We have switched host and are hoping for better service.

poor service i had like 3 users on one server with 5GB ram and it lagged like hell didnt help i had to wait around 3 days to get a response with no help
