Hello. Thank you for leaving a review. It was discussed with Vijay that reinstallation of a server would not delete any files. It is also always recommended to take a backup before reinstalling any server. We are sorry you did not have a good experience with us, and we hope you can forgive us! Regards, WitherHosting

I personally was hesitant before buying a service from WitherHosting because of the things I have heard before but due to budget restrictions I thought of giving a try!! and Guess what I am currently running Minecraft 1.17 server for 20+ people with ease. Their performances and prices are whole lot better than most services out there. I have seen lots of people commenting on not getting support from the team but to my surprise, I always got help after making a ticket always within half an hour!! So I would really recommend the services!! But you should probably join their discord channel before buying a service if you have any doubts whatsoever.
