Wrost staff and server giving false and late response and ping of server is very high. Use revivenode it is far better.

Witherhosting use too be an amazing hosting provider but as time went on they became slowly one of the worst hosting providers i have ever used. It seemed everytime they did some type of migration something would mess up wether it be data loss or your server striaght up not working. There were also many suspicious problems I and multiple others have encountered one of them being people randomly being invoiced twice which in my opinion should not happen in a stable software such as hostbill (there billing panel at the time of writing this) but it went on from more than just getting double invoiced such as a service getting suspended for no reason at all. Those issues could usually be fixed by opening up a live chat if you have time to wait hours or sometimes even days for a response.

Hello there and thanks for your feedback. When we do migrations, its usually to fix issues that are with the old nodes etc, which we consider to be important. The chance of data loss during a transfer is very small. Are you sure this was the case? Regarding something like multiple invoices, you should always open a livechat if you have concerns about them. They could be an issue on our end, and if it is, then we would look into it. We have been doing migrations for people on premium hardware (SIN/AU) to the correct prices, so its possible you were included in this? Always check your emails and the discord, as we post updates there. We apologise for the slow support times, we are hiring new staff to help cope with the amounts of chats we get.

witherhosting used to be a good host, but they slowly declined in quality as time went on. Before they migrated I had no issues at all. Support takes up to days on their livechat. Who expects to wait days for a response for a chat? they've said they wont go to a ticket system because of cost or "there is no proper ticket system at hostbill and is very messy" update: wh is still providing slow support but seemingly half as good as it could be.

Hello, This is my seconds review of this host and it has improved but not much. there panel has gotten alot better but it still doesnt look nice on the ui side. Recently a lot of migrations to different nodes has been going on. which means ip changing and there is alot of downtime. Also the support is terrible i am a developer for a minecraft server and they use this host and when i am offline he messages support some times and it has never done what he asked them to do. They always took long to respond and never helped

Hello there and thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you don't like the look of our panel and while generally its subjective, we would apricate your feedback on how to improve. Regarding the recent downtimes because of migrations, they just needed to happen. We are sorry for the downtime that had to take place, but it was usually a small amount of time per server, depending on the file size of them. Our support has unfortunately been put on a slightly lower priority then the migrations, and as such, has suffered a response time slowdown. Over the coming weeks, we hope to bring this back up to our speedy standard. Thanks for the feedback, we hope you can provide us with some ideas on how to improve and possibly you can like us again.

Ironic was sort of helpful but in the most condescending and rudest way imaginable. Also support takes hours sometimes not within 15 min like they advertise.

Incredibly Unprofessional rag-tag host You get what you pay for. From immature responses, to incomplete communications. Absolutely the worst. My server would randomly lose connection to the internet and crash the entire server. If you forget to pay your invoice (they offer no auto-pay), they will permanently delete all your data. Horrible host, bottom of the barrel.

Hello Calupaz, You recieved a service with standards that are above others. You agreed to our Terms Of Service at checkout stating that if an invoice is unpaid after 3 days the service is suspended and after 7 days the service is terminated and un-recoverable. Despite this you have left a 1-star review complaining about your service being deleted when you didn't pay which is not a problem at all since it is stated everywhere and emailed to you multiple times (6 in your case) services after termination are un-recoverable because they are removed from our servers and storage space instantly due to data protection laws in countries we service. We do not half communicate and we do not operate in an immature manner. If anyone is immature it is you, countless times you reacted to support responses with foul language and irrational requests and accusations that in the end all fall back on yourself. We are sorry that your service was terminated but without payment for the service it is terminated in 7-days as explained numerous times by our staff and listed in our Terms Of Service. Really cheap but you will discover fast why. There is no support, everytime something goes wrong they will advice you to upgrade or reset your server. No other solution (for different problems). Server just suddenly chrahses. Console is really often down, so you can't adjust anything to your server in that time. I'm not editing this review because you guys didn't solve anything. The datapack was valid and runs fine by an other service. Second of al you only come with this solution after i file a complaint and stop hosting by your service. Before that you were telling me to upgrade (multiple times).
