Waste of money. The Arsenal 2 app recognizes both the Arsenal 2 and my camera but refuses to connect via wifi or Bluetooth. This is on both Android and iPhone. Arsenal Support Team has been working for the past three weeks to resolve the connectivity issue without success. I have therefore requested a refund.

Doesn't do as advertised. Doesn't focus stack correctly, doesn't suggest lighting solutions that any modern camera automatically do in body, doesn't work on Fujifilm cameras and if you read the fine print (that I swear wasn't included when I kickstarter prepaid it) wasn't intended to... This is one of the worst purchases I've ever made. I bought it to do landscape stacking for handheld panorama. It doesn't offer those features that it was sold to do only specifically for Fujifilm cameras. Complete waste of money. Do not buy. I haven't taken a single good picture with it as a camera remote app either. It cannot focus lenses at all. The app crashes constantly. It locks my camera up, the app locks up constantly. I'm using a Pixel 3, a Pixel 6, and a Samsung S21 Ultra and they all crash or lockup in app.

Extremely disappointed. It constantly disconnects and for the promise of an AI based solution that takes great pictures I have not managed a single one. A waste of money

Lov dig selv du aldrig køber dette produkt. Det er en elendig kvalitet der som reglen bare gør dit kameras indbygget mulighedder dårligere. Jeg har ventet i 2 måneder, de trak forøvrigt pengene på min konto med det samme. Det bedste ved Arsenal er deres reklamer. Resten er igenting værd.

One of the worst purchase experiences so far. As I've placed my order in June 2021 and it's almost half a year passed and I've still not received it. I think this is a total SCAM and the company simply never intended to deliver their promised merchandise. The order number is (9TW5OSRS-9FCX-458R-DPUAGD6H7) Oh well, I just thought someone might read this review and would be able to save themselves a couple of hundred dollars.

Used a few times ... very slow ... it doesn't work well ... now connecting via the hdmi port is no longer possible ... not even the manual focus of the lens used no longer works ... what about money spent in vain: - ( ... and the damage on the lens is an extra money spent
